So glad we did this! - So much fun and the crew is fantastic!! If you do nothing else, DO THIS! I really can’t say enough good things. It’s just a really good time.

Sunset cruise - We had booked the Key West Champagne Sunset Catamaran cruise and received a phone call the day of the trip that it was cancelled, but they would upgrade us to the Sunset cruise with appetizers on the same night free of charge. The crew were great, and we had wonderful time. I would say that if you are booking the appetizer cruise not 100% sure it is worth the extra. They served crap dip, mozzarella/tomato/olive skewer, shrimp cocktail and key lime tart. The portions were small and 1 serving per guest. The drinks were great, and the sunset beautiful.

Great cruise, bad guest behavior - The cruise itself was spectacular, the rum punch (although very weak), and the appetizers. The crew was awesome, very friendly and engaging. The entertainment was top notch, very talented and interactive. We were lucky enough to see a gorgeous sunset. However….. there was a family group of probably 20-25 people, including children, that greatly diminished our experience. They were loud, running around, at times grouped at the railings blocking the way and the view for everyone else on the boat. I’m not sure how this should have been handled tactfully as they were rude and inconsiderate, but I (and many on board) thought it should have been addressed.
We would definitely do the cruise again, but maybe there should be adult only excursions.

Simply Amazing - You may want a sweatshirt or light jacket after the sun sets. The wind is fairly strong and the temperature gets a little cooler. We booked a 1.5 hour champagne cruise but it didn’t sail that evening so we were given a complimentary upgrade to the 2 hour sail with live music and hors d’oeuvres. The crew was amazing and on point attending to any needs we had. Highly recommend this cruise.

Making great memories - Beautiful sunset cruise aboard a catamaran. Crew super nice and accommodating making sure you are well taken care of. Plenty of O’douvres and drinks are served, along with live entertainment. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful - Great experience. Got sea sick but a god cruise! Expect a lot of people drinking and taking in the views. Just very light apps. A musician as well.

Stingy with the SEBAGO bumper stickers!! - The employee at the check-in was a very rude lady. When I inquired about the "SEBAGO WATERSPORTS" bumper sticker she balked and said that we could only have one which there was two in my party. She was very rude. Never smiled. Was not polite and it seemed like she really didn't want to be there. On the cruise. It was beautiful. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly. The appetizers were mediocre at best. The "band" was a one-man band! But the view is all inspiring seeing that sunset go down. I probably won't be back though.

Last-minute cancellation without any explanation or warning ruins what would've been the highlight of the trip. - Although this was supposed to be the highlight of the trip, especially for my aging parents who traveled from Europe to discover Key West, the company cancelled the cruise 30 minutes before the scheduled time, on our last night there, without as much as an explanation. Not only was this a tremendous disappointment that cannot be sufficiently compensated with the refund, but the late warning prevented us from finding a different or similar option. At my parents' age, it is unlikely that they will be able to come back, but in any case I doubt I would choose this cruise myself.
