A Incredible Experience - Our trip to Key West was incredible the views were Amazing! My husband and I enjoyed our experience tremendously! A great Big thank you to Dios our driver who was polite, informative and entertaining! He was a safe driver and punctual! Thank you!

Nice day trip with time to visit KW - It is a long day, but that's clearly stated. Stopped for a quick breakfast. No toilet on the bus. Seats were comfortable and times were clearly stated and repeated

Book it! - Amazing! Def book it! Dont be scared… only con the bus was an hour late, but we still got our full time in key west. They stop at McDonalds and dollar tree in key largo

He had a beautiful day in... - He had a beautiful day in Key West. The driver was amazing. I wish the bus would have had heat, it was a cool and rainy ride to Key West and we froze in the bus.

Highly recommended excursion very affordable - Absolutely wonderful! Be prepared by taking jacket or blanket, bus was very chilly the entire ride. Dios our tour guide, was top tier! He made us all feel like family and made sure we made it to Key West safe and sound!!!!!

Convenient one way from Miami to Key West - Family of 3 from Boston. After staying at Miami downtown, we needed to go to Key West one way. This tour bus was the most convenient way. Most on the bus were day trippers. Our luggages were stored in the side compartments of the bus. The trip stopped once for lunch/bio-break. The trip to Key West takes about 4hrs or so. About one hour into the trip, front right tire blew out and the bus pulled to the side. No one got hurt, and while some moderate damage to the side of bus, no luggages were lost. The two drivers were professional. Called for back up right away and about 45mins later a replacement bus arrived and the trip resumed. Arriving around a bit after 1pm.

We enjoyed the whole trip! - The bus operator was very kind and sweet and disposition was good. The trip was great. I love the narration I saw in the comments that someone said that it was a simple script that was being narrated. It doesn’t matter to me whether it was a Stript on a phone that’s being narrated or not I completely 100% enjoyed it. I really really enjoyed it and I thought it was very well thought out and done as some person who talks all day every day at work, I can understand making sure I don’t leave out anything and putting it on a strip so that everyone can get the same information and it is consistent throughout the trip. I can appreciate that The bus was clean. It was a bit cold, but I can understand that you can’t cater to one or two people you have to cater to the masses and they do suggest in their listing that you bring a blanket or a sweatshirt to cover up in and I think that’s even true for your trip unless it’s the dead of winter you wanna bring something that you can cover up or used to be warm it’s the same thing like flying on an airplane. You know you’re gonna be on the airplane if you feel like you’re gonna be cold or you a cold nature person then prepare for it so that’s nothing to take away from them. The only thing I can suggest is if you decide to eat at the stop that they make on your journey to Key West understand that he did say that the bathroom is a bathroom, but not the best so understand that do you wanna bring sanitizer in a way to wash your hands and also if you’re vegan or vegetarian Make sure like you probably do always that you take something to eat and snack on if you feel like you may want something to eat on the way, going to Key West are coming back. We ordered the tofu and fries, and the fries were overcooked and hard. The tofu the fried tofu was good. It’s just that for what you’re getting your pain of their a lot of money we spent $20 on the fried tofu, the side order of fries and a small coffee we pay right at $20 and I’ll understand that things will be expensive when you’re traveling, but that was a bit much and the lady that was helping the guy with giving out the orders. They wasn’t communicating too well together because the coffee my husband got was less than a size probably 1/3 the size of a shot glass because she kept telling us to go to the vendor beside them, but we purchased a coffee from them not the vendor beside them so that was kind of upsetting to me because my husband didn’t get the coffee he ordered with his order, but outside of that the trip was amazing. The driver was very safe very attentive and very careful to take care of the people who are interested the trip to himcoming back was amazing. It was raining cats and dogs, but he navigated through it and drove very very carefully and safely. I would recommend this excursion to someone else. I think it was very, very nice and very pleasant.

The most important thing... - The most important thing for those going on this trip to know is that the Holiday Inn closed about a year ago. You will be standing in front of an empty building. EVERYONE who got to this location wondared around looking to see if this was the right place. You definitely should update your information to include this. One group was dropped off by Uber and the driver was confused because of this. Parking at the Bayside parking garage was $50. Dios was a nice driver. He was upset when several members of our tour were 10 minutes late getting back on the bus when we stopped at McDonalds. This group didn't seem to mind that they made the rest of us wait before we left. Dios explained the importance of being on time and to be respectful of others. He did a great job driving and I felt very comfortable.

The tour was successful... - The tour was successful in getting you efficiently from Miami to Key West and back at a reasonable price. The prerecorded narration during the ride there was minimal and not very good. With very little expense it could have added much more to the experience to have a good informative recorded narration. Also, the pickup point was at the holiday inn. It was early and chilly and the holiday inn did not allow you inside for warmth or to use the restroom. While there was one rest stop on the way to Key West there was none going back to Miami. It would have been nice to have one on the 4 plus hours. While there was a bathroom on the bus, hard to use in a dark moving bus and it is not the greatest. The driver pulled over and stopped to use it. He could have stopped somewhere for 10 minutes to let everyone have a rest stop. I would recommend the tour if someone wanted a round trip ride from Miami to Key West, but not for anything more

Transportation and Adequate Time in the Keys - This was basically transportation to and from Key West. The narration was minimal. It was very cold on the bus even though we had warm clothing and jackets on. We received a text with a travel tip beforehand saying people find the bus cold.. The driver did a good job navigating and was friendly. He arrived at the pick up place on time and got everyone aboard. The time we had in Key West was plenty for us. Our driver was an excellent and we felt safe throughout the drive.
