Our guide did a great job!

Great guide. Interesting stories.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information. My only suggestion would be to stop the group at each point of interest before explaining it, rather than talking while walking. It was sometimes difficult to hear everything and focus on the specific building or landmark she was referring to at the same time.

The guide lacked personality and acted like she hated everyone everything so after a few stops we just left the group!

Just very uninteresting... it's a walking tour. Just dull. Take the trolley tour!

This was my review “The description of this tour was absolutely misleading. We left half way though because it was so awful. My family of 7 was so disappointed. We ended up going to an escape you nearby and paying another $250. We were so excited for this, but it was a huge let down. Charging people $30 to walk around Key West and get shown printed out pictures in a binder from google is a complete rip off.”

The tour guide we had had no personality. She didn’t relate well to any of us in the group. She had apparently memorized her entire script because it sounded like she was reciting the information.you could tell when she forgot parts because she would take long uncomfortable pauses as she tried to recall the information. She was like a strict school teacher in that she didn’t like us talking amongst ourselves. She walked backwards the entire time so we were constantly letting her know that people were coming and she needed to move over. She had 3 couples and two of the couples left the tour before she finished. We were one of them. The worst ghost tour we’ve ever taken. She had no energy or personality and we felt uncomfortable on her tour.

I genuinely hate leaving a negative review, but I feel it is only fair to share my experience. Our guide was kind, but it felt as though he had only recently learned the material and was working hard to recall it in the moment. He spoke quite slowly, took a long time getting to the point, and was frequently distracted by passing cars, golf carts, and pedestrians — which broke the flow of nearly every story. By the end, my husband and I found ourselves exchanging glances, as many of the stories felt disjointed and unresolved. I would encourage the company to invest in additional training before putting guides in front of guests. The history of Key West deserves a more polished telling and so do your visitors.

First problem was that there were probably 30 people in our tour in one of the busiest parts of the United States at 8 o’clock in the evening. Loud cars racing by, people walking through out group no stop on the sidewalk nonstop. The most distracting tour. We listened to three stories and decided to leave because of the amount of traffic and activity going on and trying to keep a group so big together to where anybody could hear anything was ridiculous. I do ghost tours on every trip we do, it’s actually my favorite part of any vacation, and this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed, let alone ever walked away, such a disappointment, waste of time and money.
