The people I bought the tour for said that the guide was dry, not very lively. But they said that the person was very knowledgeable.

Guide turned up half hour to late. She was not very motivated and her stories were not that inspiring. Would not recommend this tour.

Said family friendly(we had 3 kids in our group) but guide was cussing and I don’t think the stories were very family friendly. And to be honest, for the amount of money we spent on this, the storytelling was really quite bad. It seemed like the guide might not have done this before. We spent a lot of time listening in parking lots and very little time actually learning about the places we were seeing related to the stories. Example - we talked about Robert the Doll and met near the Artist House but he never pointed it out and we never stopped at the house. It also seemed like the guy was getting tipsy as we went… and we ended 20 mins before we were supposed to (tour was only 70 mins) but we were okay with that because we were ready to be done.

The tour guide was very enthusiastic however she did share too much about her other jobs, her dislike of the golf carts used by tourists in the area, etc.. Regarding the stories, She "acted" them out as different people having a conversation & tried to crack jokes rather than just telling us a good Ghost story. I've been on many Ghost tours in other cities so I'm able to compare to several other tours. She just needs to tell a good spook tale w/more practice & training I'm sure She'll be great. TY

Well, this was definitely a tour to remember. Just the three of us, casually strolling (or rolling) through the city with our fearless guide, who had a PhD in dad jokes and an ironclad stance against bathroom breaks. Hydration? Proceed with caution. The real MVP, though, was our tour guide’s ability to part crowds like Moses—except instead of a staff, she had sheer volume and the battle cry of ‘BEWARE WHEELCHAIR!’ Truly iconic. Bonus points for negotiating a hotdog stand out of existence. 10/10 would recommend experiencing this in an altered state for maximum entertainment value.
