Ideal for Everyone: Whether you’re a seasoned boater or a novice explorer, the Craigcat is simple to operate and crafted for enjoyment and comfort. Its compact, agile design allows you to access areas that larger boats or jet skis cannot.
Each tour accommodates up to 4 boats, with a maximum of 2 guests per boat. For groups of 4, please make two separate reservations to fit your party, and continue this pattern for up to 8 guests.

Fabulous time!! - Awesome experience - we were the only ones at that time slot and Jon was exceptional. We are older and he was patient and very helpful. Got a nice little momento vid of our time out on the water. Cant wait to go back!!

Unique and Fun Experience in the Keys - John was great! Very focused on ensuring that we were safe and had a good time. He asked questions about what we wanted to see and spent time trying to make that happen. There's a cafe next to the business that has a proper restroom and sells drinks/snacks, so that was great as well.

As advertised! - Our guide John was excellent. He made sure we understood how to operate the two seated catamaran. It was a lot of fun. Did some open water as well as check out the sandbar and mangroves.

Fun time on the water - The trip was very enjoyable. We had a great day on the water and enjoyed seeing the different areas You do get a little wet and the boats have a small dry locker to store items Glad we did the excursion and would recommend it to others John was a great guide Take a wind breaker on cooler days if you get cold easily

Great trip, fast paced and take dry clothes. - Great trip and would recommend to anyone. We didn’t realise we could do the boating licence test before we arrived, would suggest doing that to save time.
Everything was explained and off we went. I expected a slow meander through the mangrove to see wildlife but it was far more fast paced than that which my son loved.
Take a change of clothes as you will get very wet.
I can’t recall our guides name but he was very knowledgeable, and took a video for us as I didn’t dare get my phone out - I am too clumsy. If you can get a waterproof camera or phone case would advise that.

So much fun! - This was the best excursion we went on while in Florida! The guide was great, answered all our questions about the area. Lots of fun!!!

Fun little boats! - Lots of fun. But you do need to be comfortable running a small boat by yourself in waves. Our guide was great.

Two Person Catamaran - Our guide, Jo Jo, was excellent. Victor was not good. We booked through Viator and everything was fine until we were three minutes from this excursion when Viator called and said they were canceling our excursion. I told the person this was unacceptable as we were almost there already and the Uber costs us $20 each way. The guides at the location were nice and said 3 of the machines were broken down and they informed Viator the previous day. Jo Jo came and said we could still go on the lone working two person catamaran and he would lead with a jet ski if we'd like to. We agreed and completed the excursion. Viator needs to have better communication with their customers in a timely manner.

Cancelation - poorly handled. - High winds and swells were predicted the day before. As of 8 AM the morning of the reservation, it was even worse. Company website says to arrive by 8:30 and we did so (8:15), only to have the operators not show up until 8:50, and then tell us that it was canceled due to high winds and the swells. (As apparently, reservations had been canceled the day before as well) This is something that could have been done the night before and worst case, that morning by phone or email, before having us get up early and spend a total of $70 on Ubers for no reason.

I got a really bad feeling about this! - AWFUL customer service! Trip cancelled but no one contacted me. I Paid upfront several days ahead of scheduled trip via PayPal. Two hours prior to trip, the couple we planned this with was notified of the cancellation because of broken equipment. I was never notified until I called and spoke with "Ellie" who said our trip was cancelled and that we would receive full refund in 2-3 days. However, they offered us a 50% discount IF they could get the mini catamaran to work. (WHAT??? Sure, let's go out into the ocean with a broken piece of equipment and hope for the best!) We declined! The other couple decided to go and paid for 3 Ubers because the given address was wrong and subsequently were sent to two different locations that were also incorrect! No one at the company seemed to know where the dock was or address.
(I got a really bad feeling about this!)
Is this a SCAM? So, waiting on my refund. Thankfully I used PP, so if not refunded, will escalate to the next level. Guys, get your act together!
