Ideal for Everyone: Whether you’re a seasoned boater or a novice explorer, the Craigcat is simple to operate and crafted for enjoyment and comfort. Its compact, agile design allows you to access areas that larger boats or jet skis cannot.
Each tour accommodates up to 4 boats, with a maximum of 2 guests per boat. For groups of 4, please make two separate reservations to fit your party, and continue this pattern for up to 8 guests.

Great experience, will do it again - This was fantastic, just what we were looking for. We saw dolphins and turtles and were able to learn a bit about the history and local life of key west. Jojo our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Recommend 100%

Exciting fun boat ride couple activities - We had captain JoJo and this guy was an awesome captain. Got a lot of pictures of my wife and I out in the ocean and made the experience one to remember! Lots of time to motor out and some really cool spots to stop at! Highly recommend for couples!

Fun day on the water - Boats are stable and fun. Real close to the water and easy to handle. Dry box on board for your personal stuff.

Awesome Experience! - Our tour was made special because of the amazing guide Jojo. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient I am a disabled Veteran and he made everything easy for me by going the extra mile. One of the best guides I have ever encountered. Kayaks were surprisingly comfortable and easy to operate..

Wonderful tour! - Nice tour! Don't forget to get your certificate beforehand. The guide was great, we learned some back stories of key west from our tiur guide and had a lot of fun there.

Relaxing, fun boat ride with an excellent guide! We saw areas we had not seen before and we saw plenty of wildlife! - It was an enjoyable boat ride with a great guide! We saw areas that we had not seen before. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife sightings!

Great experience with... - Great experience with Captain JoJo. Small group size with a great guide, would do it again. Comfortable vessel not too small or too big, easy to operate. Unfortunately did not see any sea life this time!

Jojo is outstanding. The tour company - horrible - Jojo was outstanding! I’d give him 10 stars! He was awesome. Our problem is with the company that owns this tour! We called them the night before stating the weather was going to be bad and we wanted to cancel, they did not let us and told us they would cancel if they felt necessary due to weather. The morning of the tour, it was dark, gloomy and ominous out. Jojo said, since it’s not raining to come on down as we would proceed with the tour. Once we met up with Jojo, he agreed the weather was terrible and it would definitely rain but due to the rules of the company, we had to either reschedule (which we could not do as we were leaving Key West) or go out and risk it but he would do his best to stay ahead of the rain. Jojo did his best but it ended up pouring and was freezing, we had to drive through the rain to get back in. Jojo was amazing … just following his rules. He said he would put a request in to get us at least a partial reimbursement. It’s only been a day, but no money has been reimbursed. I think it would have been a great tour - had the tour company been reasonable. If we don’t get a refund within the week, I will file a complaint with Viator.

I am extremely... - I am extremely disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. Due to circumstances completely outside of my control, I was unable to move forward with the service I paid for. Despite explaining the issue and providing context, I was denied a refund.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I did everything on my end in good faith—yet instead of understanding or flexibility, I was met with rigid policies that fail to take into account real-life situations. It feels unfair to be penalized for something I had no power over, especially when customer support should be about problem-solving and empathy.
This experience has left me feeling that the company values profit over fairness.
