Exciting Dive ar Pickles Reef - Safety was top priority for the instuctors. We truly enjoyed our time with Emily, Lesley, and Jasmine guiding us and helping answer our questions for our diving. These three made this a truly unforgettble experinece! We saw plenty of fish, nurse sharks, sting rays, turtles, etc. at pickles reef. Thank you for a life long memory!

Amazing wildlife! - Great customer service! Helped us reschedule with bad weather and lots of assistance with gear/equipment. Visibility was a bit low, but we still saw so much wildlife! Lots of fish, coral, jellyfish, and even dolphins! The boat had ID cards so we could figure out what everything was. Guides were super friendly and recommended a great restaurant for us afterwords too!

West New York - Staff was terrific, boat was immaculate. Will definitely go again. Great for any level of snorkeler. The reef was beautiful, we able to see a nurse shark, sting ray, grouper and many other beautiful fish.

Beautiful snorkeling on molasses reef! - It was great! Didn’t need wetsuit in late March (but we’re from Michigan). Crew was friendly. The water was crystal clear. We saw a small shark!

Great Locations, Great Instruction - This was a perfect snorkel tour. Captain Russell put us in two great spots out on Molasses Reef with amazing reef formations and tons of fish. Highlights for me were the stingrays, barracudas, and nurse sharks! First mate Tony did a great job giving us clear instructions which made it feel easy and safe to just get in the water and explore. It was also fun to interact with Leslie and Todd, who were in the water with scuba groups. If you keep an eye out and are comfortable diving with your snorkel, they’ll point out whatever neat things they see from down below! (Try to return the favor if you spot something from above! ;) ) All in all, it was a great tour. I got more than my money’s worth. If anything was lacking it might be the snack options, but I could have brought my own!

Get Certified and dive Molasses reef! - We were certified and did six dives with Sea Dwellers in early March. They were a no fuss no muss operation. Any question was answered enthusiastically and there were cookies. Thank you for the great experience and the amazing accommodations. Every diver had a huge smile and loved what they were doing. Can't wait for the next one!

Very Dissatisfied - Drove to the shop exactly one hour prior to cast off as instructed. Then told boat was 45 min late for excursion, shop told us go do some shopping or something for an hour... We leave, 5 min later they call and tell us to come back they'll leave on time. Rush back to wait an hour. Virtually NO snorkeling instruction I'm seasoned, my son was not, they said he's with you you'll be together and you'll be fine. Their website has distinct policy for no children under 5. The captain simply asked if the be ok the idiot dad said yes once we got moving. So since they paid, they ignored their own policy of no children under 5 due to insurance regs and let them on. A definite money before safety operation! They allowed not one but TWO children on. Little ones do not belong on a dive boat. They screamed yelled cried threw phones cups smashed crackers into the carpet, ran on the deck parents barely supervised except for calling their names and trying to force them to hold still. On return to shop after the dive the shop guy said that's too bad they must have booked online and we didn't check. No offer of apology, refund or a new cruise we could enjoy. This is a money before safety outfit. If they're this lax with a basic rule that they made how do you trust them with dive gear, tanks, and other safety issues. You may be risking your life.

Nice place, no friendly guidance - Nice place for snorkeling but expect seasickness... Unfortunately the crew was not too friendly and sometimes even blunt for beginners and especially if they are seasick...

Disappointment-Angered - Complete frustration. Miscommunication from the start and instead of trying to empathize with us they were angry. From the start. I should have known better to put my family on a tour filled with just divers. Would not recommend anyone to snorkel with this company. We as a family are seasoned Florida residential boaters and they tried to tell us that the waves were only 1 feet to begin with. Very insulting. All reports that day and I have documented proof stated 2-5 feet high waves. My daughter is a marine biology student and certified diver and got sea sick. So did one of their own guides. They seemed frustrated with us from start to finish because we had to reschedule with no fault to us, life happens, due to mix ups the day prior. We were down with a field trip of 30+ people and it all was a mess the day prior and had to postpone but like I said they did not care and put us on a boat with unfavorable conditions the next day(our last day before boarding a flight) for snorkling. Sometimes just because a company has been around the longest doesn't mean they are the best to go with. They ruined a day I will never get back with my daughter to a make profit. Not only did I pay the full fee, I paid an additional fee to rebook. There was a couple of guys on the boat who were friendly but for the most part not a good experience at all. No instructions or directions for the snorklers. Time with family is precious and rare thing for most families but they had no sense of concern for that, nor seemed to care, we were just spring breakers to them. One of their own dive guides like I stated above got sick that day too along with my family on way out to divers site, (not normal snorkeling site as I have further researched) so the sea's were definitely rough that day and snorkeling should have been forbid. The way they instructed us to just scoot off the platform on the back of boat while entering the water while water was surfacing up onto the boat from rollers was incorrect instructions, & I knew better and was dangerous. Should of been my red flag right there for me as a mother. Getting back on board the vessel was so dangerous that day too. We were suppose to grab a rope to get back on the boat but no direction or instructions to do so was giving to us,( only divers I guess,) before entering the water or even a reminder to us to do so was scary especially with 2-5-ft rollers. My husband almost got his head busted and or could of had a severe head injury, thank god he or my daughter didn't, because one of the crew members happened to be paying attention and screamed out to him. Oh and their life vests, old and need maintenance, mine wouldn't blow up or my daughters. I Almost drowned. Had panic attack in water which ruined my experience immediately and had to get out. So there is that. If you need optical goggles good luck with that. So start to finish was nightmare. I recommend check with all companies, the weather, the waves etc. I know crews and or people can have off days but this was disappointing and disastrous. Im so mad at myself for trusting them with my family, I should have went with my instincts.
