Experiencing Key Largo on E-Bikes - The bikes were awesome and new. Easy to ride! The owner was friendly and accommodating. He also gave advice on stops (restaurants and parks) and areas to ride! I would totally recommend!

Drop off and pick up was... - Drop off and pick up was easy. Instructions were very clear. Bikes came with helmets and waterproof storage bags that fit securely on back. Bikes worked great. Plenty of battery time

Best biking day in Islamorada! - These guys were the best! In a last minute decision upon waking up on our second day of vacation , my husband and I wanted to rent e-bikes in Islamorada, FL for the day to explore some sites. I called Bike The Florida Keys around 8am and spoke to Marc with request for 2 e-bikes. Despite my last minute planning, Mike was so accommodating and within an hour, our rental was confirmed, and all the details were relayed with perfect communication and ease. Payment and waivers were easily completed within 5 minutes, tops. Price for rental was very affordable , especially for the caliber of bike and service provided. Nate, who was set to deliver our ebikes, texted us upon his upcoming arrival and was perfectly on time - we met at front lobby parking lot of our resort where he gave us a quick, but thorough demo instruction session - he also adjusted the seats to assure appropriate for our heights. The bikes each came equipped with a metal crate on the back, a water proof bag , helmet and lock. We had a great few hours of riding bikes and seeing sights with no issues at all! After we completed riding , we left the bikes locked up in same location they were dropped off, texted Nate we were all done for the day , and could carry on with our day. Great communication and service - Communication from Marcelo was awesome. Provided great tips. Delivered and collected bikes (plus helmets, panniers etc.) as discussed with no hassles.

Such a great experience! - We would recommend this to anyone! The ease of delivery and pick up was amazing! We had never used E-bikes before, and he was so great explaining them to us and having us practice before he left. We made a couple stops for snacks, so the locks and bags also came in very handy!

Fun in the Sun, E bike style - First time E bike rider. The one price for that many hours was great. The flexibility in drop off and pick up locations was awesome. Anthony provided great instructions and Marcelo coordinated all this great. Email didn't work very well but texting was cool. Loved the miles we were able to test these out and are hooked. Also appreciated the rack , saddle bags and locks they provided. Thank you. It was awesome.
