The first stop is Herring Cove, an excellent location to spot Black Bears, Eagles, Harbor Seals, and Salmon.
Next, we visit a small beach for picturesque views. Here, you can see surrounding islands, observe people fishing when salmon are present, walk on the beach at low tide, and have the opportunity to see many Eagles.
The final stop is the South End Waterfall, which includes a small inclined hill of about 5 feet. (The waterfall is visible from the van.)
Please note that wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The optimal time for wildlife viewing is from mid-June to the end of September. Rain ponchos are provided for rainy days.
We guarantee a timely return to the ships. For ships docked at Ward Cove, please book the earlier tours to ensure a timely return, as road paving between town and Ward Cove may cause delays.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
