Good tour, Great Guide - Town is small, and the DT is built for cruise ship tourists. Still, fun, quaint, & plenty of souvenirs. Look for Annabelle’s for fun bar/food experience. Rick was our guide, and he went above and beyond to make sure we saw the best and the unique side of Ketchikan. Be sure to ask for him.

No bear but beautiful scenery - It was easy to locate the driver once off the cruise ship. We drove around town but did not see any beers but possibly because we went during shoulder season plus pouring rain the day of. Driver was very informative and had answers to everything. Driver was president to find the bears which we really appreciate.

Bears, waterfalls & totems! - Absolutely fantastic!! Our guide knew all the places to bring us for the best chance of seeing wildlife. She also was a local who had so much information to share with us.

Great price, great tour guide, and way better than a cruise line excursion! - Great tour. We saw bears, humpback whales, salmon, and seals. Rick took us to a stand that sold homemade jam and smoked salmon. He was knowledgeable about the islands history and culture. The totem pole park was very cool. You won’t get to see and do all of that on a normal cruise ship tour. This is the way to go!

Great personlized tour - Rick gave us a very informative tour of Ketchikan town and we all really enjoyed the stories of the totem pole history and indigenous stories. He tried hard to find the bears but they were shy. Highly recommend this personalized tour.

Best way to spend 4 hours in Ketchikan - Rick was awesome. He showed us places and let us explore at our own pace and was informative. We saw a black bear, a totem pole park/museum, salmon run, a tidal pool, walked in a rainforest, saw a waterfall...it was great! Highly recommend.

8 bears !!! - We saw 8 bears. Bernie shared her awesome binoculars. At the end we had a few minutes left so she drove us around town and shared her love of her hometown. Awesome!

Where a bear was Yesterday - This tour was a complete disappointment. We have been on many Viator tours and this was one we wished we didn't book. I would not recommend spending your money on this tour. Bernie was our tour guide she was doing her best to show us Ketchikan , We basically went for a three hour car ride and saw pretty much nothing . We were shown where a bear was yesterday.
