Tsavo National Park East - Guests will be collected from the port at 6:00 am and driven to Tsavo East, reaching the gate by approximately 9:00 am. The adventure begins with a game viewing session. Visitors will explore various attractions, including Aruba Dam, a waterhole constructed by the British Army in 1952 during the colonial era.

Following the game drive, guests will check in at the Lodge just in time for lunch. After enjoying lunch, there will be a period of relaxation until 4:00 pm, followed by an evening game drive that continues until sunset.

Tsavo East National Park, established in 1948, is Kenya’s largest and oldest game park, with altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 feet above sea level. It is situated near the village of Voi in the Taita Taveta District of the Coast Province. The park is split into East and West sections by the A109 road and the railway line, covering an area of 13,747 km².

Tsavo East hosts a wide array of large mammals, including vast herds of dust-red elephants, rhinos, leopards, lions famously known as the “Man-Eaters of Tsavo,” buffalo, cheetahs, giraffes, antelopes, pods of hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, lesser kudu, gerenuk, and hirola, along with a diverse range of bird species.
