• Lake Nakuru National Park - The journey begins with a pickup from a hotel in Nairobi. From there, the trip proceeds directly to Lake Nakuru National Park. This lake is famous as a bird sanctuary, hosting over 400 bird species at various times. It can attract up to two million greater and lesser flamingos, along with tens of thousands of other birds, earning it the nickname “Birds’ Paradise.” The National Park also serves as a rhino sanctuary, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing. Visitors can start observing wildlife as soon as they enter the park gates. When lunchtime arrives, there will be a stop at the lodge where meals can be purchased at a local restaurant (at one’s own expense).
• Lake Naivasha - After lunch, the wildlife viewing continues during the drive out of the park. Departure from the park is around 3:00 PM, heading to Lake Naivasha for an optional 1-hour boat ride. To include the boat ride, ensure the correct option is selected when booking. During the boat ride, enjoy bird watching, eagle feeding, and hippo viewing. After the boat ride, the journey concludes with a return to Nairobi, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM.
