The picturesque drive takes you through typical African savanna landscapes, dotted with local homes and occasionally colorful Masai herdsmen with their cattle.
Enter Tsavo West and begin game drives to spot Elephants, Cheetahs, Lions, Zebras, Buffalos, Ostriches, and more.
Tsavo West is known for its dramatic scenery, shaped by recent volcanic activity.
In the mid-afternoon, visit the rhino sanctuary for more game drives, hoping to see the endangered rhino.
Amboseli National Park
Amboseli National Park - “The early bird catches the worm!”
Start the day with an early morning game drive, visiting the Mzima Springs.
Witness the African sunrise as nature awakens in the fresh and beautiful morning.
Proceed to Mzima Springs to observe hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish, and various bird species.
The lush greenery around Mzima Springs contrasts with the harsh terrain of Tsavo West.
Later, continue to Amboseli National Park.
Enjoy afternoon game drives in the park.
Game viewing in Amboseli is a relaxed experience, with animals easily visible and Mount Kilimanjaro providing a stunning backdrop for photography.
Weather permitting, the clouds may part to reveal the breathtaking snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro.
Lake Naivasha (340 km: Approx. 5-6 hrs)
Lake Naivasha - Early morning game and scenery viewing drive.
Additional game drive after breakfast.
Travel to Lake Naivasha at the base of the Great Rift Valley.
There will be a lunch stop at a restaurant in a Nairobi suburb.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha in the late afternoon.
Enjoy an afternoon boat safari on Lake Naivasha to see hippos, exotic birds, and small game.
This is followed by a guided walking safari on Crescent Island.
Activities at Naivasha include bird watching, boat rides, guided walking safaris on Crescent Island, and exploring Hell’s Gate by bicycle.
Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara (240Km – Approx. 4-5 hours)
Maasai Mara National Reserve - Morning trek at Hell’s Gate.
Rent bicycles to explore this small national park, spotting Giraffes, Zebras, and other large antelopes.
Then leave Lake Naivasha and head to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive at Masai Mara and embark on an afternoon game drive.

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara reserve with unlimited game viewing, encountering the Big Five and more.
Visit the Mara River, where you may see hippos, crocodiles, or the great migration (July – October).
Drop Off Masai Mara – Nairobi: (265km: 6hrs)
Maasai Mara National Reserve - After a leisurely breakfast at your lodge/camp, your dedicated driver guide will assist with checkout and proceed to Nairobi – Kenya’s vibrant capital city.
Along the way, your guide will highlight the Longonot extinct volcano, a stratovolcano located southeast of Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya. It is believed to have last erupted in the 1860s, and its name comes from the Maasai word Oloonong’ot, meaning “mountains of many spurs” or “steep ridges.”
You can choose to drive via Naivasha for lunch/excursions at an additional cost or head straight to Nairobi and visit Kiambethu Farm for a tea farm tour, including a three-course buffet lunch (at an extra cost), OR drive directly back to the capital and later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your journey home.
