As a wildlife photographer with a deep love for Africa, I have been fortunate to embark on numerous safaris across this magnificent continent. Yet, my recent journey to Amboseli National Park in Kenya was unlike any other. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in the warm embrace of the Maasai culture and the breathtaking beauty of the landscape.

Our guide, Obed, was a true gem. His friendly demeanor and profound knowledge of the park’s wildlife made every moment of our two-day safari an enriching experience. Obed’s passion for the animals and the environment was infectious, and his dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience was evident in every detail. From the seamless arrangements made by Tim to the comfortable private tour van, everything was meticulously planned to perfection.

The accommodation at Oilepo Lodge was nothing short of phenomenal. Waking up to the awe-inspiring view of Mount Kilimanjaro from our room was a dream come true. The lodge’s restaurant, overlooking a watering hole, provided the perfect setting to enjoy delicious meals while watching elephants indulge in a mud bath. It was a magical experience that set the tone for the adventures that lay ahead.
