Mombasa - Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo West National Park - Guests are picked up from the hotel at approximately 6:00 am, traveling along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway for 100 km with a stop for coffee. Continue for another 100 km to Tsavo West, arriving at the gate to start the game drive en route to Ngulia Safari Lodge, checking in around 1:00 pm for lunch. Relax until 4:00 pm for the evening game drive to visit the rhino sanctuary, offering a chance to see black rhinos. Tsavo West spans an area of 9,065 km². Notable attractions include the Chyulu Hills, Ngulia Hills, Chaimu Lava, Shetani Lava, and Mzima Springs. The landscape of Tsavo West features grassland savannah with Acacia forests. Wildlife includes elephants, buffalos, leopards, lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, among others. Return to the camp around 6:30 pm for dinner and overnight stay at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Tsavo West National Park - Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - Rise at approximately 6:00 am for a full breakfast followed by a game drive en route to Mzima Springs, where hippos and crocodiles can be seen. The spring produces over one million liters of water daily. Drive to Chyulu Gate, exiting Tsavo West and traveling to Amboseli with a convoy. Stop at Shetani Lava for photos, then proceed to Kimana Gate in Amboseli, 80 km from Tsavo West. Arrive at Amboseli Serena Lodge for lunch, relaxing until 4:00 pm. Enjoy an evening game drive until 6:30 pm, then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Sopa Lodge, AA Lodge, or Sentrim Camp. Amboseli covers an area of 390 km². Attractions include grassland savannah, swamps, and views of Mt. Kilimanjaro (Africa’s highest mountain at 5,895 meters). It is home to elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, gnus, hyenas, buffalos, and more. Amboseli is also a birdwatcher’s paradise.

Amboseli National Park - Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary - Wake up around 5:30 am for a cup of coffee and embark on an early morning game drive before the main breakfast. This is an opportunity to see the big cats of Amboseli. Return to the lodge for breakfast around 8:30 am, then depart for Taita Hills Salt Lick. Arrive early afternoon and check in at Taita Hills Lodge for lunch. Depart around 2:30 pm to Hilton Salt Lick, where animals can be observed at the water hole while at Salt Lick Lodge. Continue with another game drive at 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary was established by Hilton in the early seventies and covers an area of 24,000 hectares. Attractions include thorny bushes, acacia forests, arid savannah, swamps, and Taita Hills. Wildlife includes elephants, lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and various birds such as ostriches, hornbills, guinea fowls, kingfishers, and weaver birds. Dinner and overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge.

Taita Hills Game Sanctuary - Tsavo East National Park

Tsavo East - Rise at 6:00 am for a full breakfast followed by a short game drive, then depart for Tsavo East, the largest park in Kenya, covering an area of 13,747 km². Attractions include the Tsavo River, Yatta Plateau (300 km²), Mdanda Rock, Lugard Falls, Voi seasonal River, and Aruba Dam, a water hole frequented by animals. Wildlife sightings may include red elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and more. Continue the game drive to Voi Safari Lodge, checking in around 1:00 pm. Enjoy lunch and relax until 4:00 pm, then embark on another game drive until 6:30 pm, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Voi Safari Lodge.

Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa

Tsavo East - Wake up around 5:30 am for a cup of coffee or tea, followed by an early morning game drive until 8:30 am, then return to the lodge for a full breakfast. After breakfast, check out and enjoy a final game drive as you exit the park via Bachuma Gate, then return to the hotel in Diani.
