NAIROBI-AMBOSELI

Observation Hill - Departure from Nairobi is scheduled for 6:00 am. Travel via Loitoktok Road, which typically takes around 4-5 hours to reach Amboseli. Amboseli National Park is renowned for its stunning scenery, featuring the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro as a majestic backdrop to the landscape and open plains. Upon arrival, check-in will be followed by a hot lunch. After lunch, enjoy a brief rest before embarking on an afternoon game drive from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay, in anticipation of a full day of game viewing the next day.

Observation Hill - Wake-up time is set for 6:30 am, followed by a hearty breakfast before heading out for a full day game drive with Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop. The day will be spent in the park, with a picnic lunch served at the viewpoint. Amboseli Park is one of Kenya’s most visited parks, celebrated for its tranquility and the breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro’s peak at sunrise and sunset. Visitors can expect to see big cats and herds of African elephants. Enjoy exploring this remarkable Kenyan treasure throughout the day, then return to the camp in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

AMBOSELI TO NAIROBI

Nairobi Railway Museum - Begin the day with a pre-breakfast game drive from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, then return to the lodge for a main breakfast. Afterward, check out and head back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.

The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. You will see the plains which full of wildebeest, zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, Thomson’s gazelles. Also regularly seen are leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhinos are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance.
