Canyon access: Participants will follow the guide on a 25-minute drive to the canyon. (Personal transportation is required)
Hike up: A 10-15 minute hike to the canyon’s upper entrance.
Canyon descent: The group will spend between 2.5 to 4 hours inside the canyon, depending on the group’s size and skill level.
Hike back: A 20-30 minute uphill hike.
This activity lasts between 5 to 7 hours.
Closed-toe shoes (light hiking or running shoes that can get wet) are required and not provided for this activity.

You will meet at the Kelowna fruit stand and coffee parking lot 15 minutes before the tour starts time. Look for the cargo trailer on your right when you arrive. After meeting your guides and having the safety briefing, you will have to drive your own vehicle to the trailhead.

Best activity to change things up in Kelowna! - I live in Calgary and I officially become obsessed with canyoning last year! After my first trip in Golden, I knew I had to check out the Kelowna tour while I was in the area. It was a totally different experience than the Rockies but every bit as exciting.
The water was great, the rappels were heart-pounding, and the whole "vibe" of canyoning in the Okanagan is something you just have to experience. The Western Canyoning Adventure team is truly the best in the business. I’ve now done three tours with them this summer—Golden, Kelowna, and the Heli-tour at Abraham Lake—and the consistency is amazing.
I’ve had Guillaume, Matt, and JP across my different trips, and they are all fantastic. They make you feel completely safe while making sure you’re having the time of your life.
If you’re visiting Kelowna and want a break from the wineries, this is the ultimate adventure. I'm already looking into their Port Alice tour for next summer! Also, did I mention that the guides take pictures and send them after the trip for free? Which makes this a 11/10 tour!

Great adventure - Experience was awesome, never done anything like it before. Tour guides were great! Loved their company. They got us out in time for our next tour. The canyon was beautiful and lots of good photo ops, thanks to Matt! And Nat was great for explaining things. We got to go just the two of us, so that made it more memorable, especially for our honeymoon. Thanks Matt and Nat!! Awesome dudes ☺️

Unbeatable!!! So fantastic - Had the most amazing canyon tour with my nephews. With amazing views, lots of physical work, adrenaline rushing experiences I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this experience! Much of that was due to our guide Luke. He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable as well as patient and encouraging. Thank you Luke for helping us make lifetime memories 😊 GN

Adrenaline & get out of your own comfort zone - Pure adrenaline while rappelling down the waterfall, jumping into the raging river and sliding down the stone slides. Our guide Luke was funny and we felt safe with him at all times. Great conversations included. We had a private tour because there was no other guest. so we could do a lot of things multiple times. All wishes were fulfilled. It was just super cool. It was our first time. Definitely again!

A Thrilling Kelowna Adventure with the Best Guide – Matt! - I had so much fun on the Adrenaline Canyoning tour that when I heard there were extra spots available the very next day for this tour, I had to jump right in—and I’m so happy I did!
First off, the canyon itself is absolutely breathtaking—lush, dramatic, and full of heart-pounding natural features. Over four glorious hours, I slid down natural waterslides, rappelled past rushing waterfalls, cruised on a zip line into a pristine pool, and even took a plunge into the refreshing canyon waters. If you're looking for a safe way to unleash your inner daredevil and beat the summer heat, this is it.
But the real star? Matt. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. From explaining knot-tying techniques and safety procedures clearly to lending me his phone to capture stunning photos, he elevated the entire experience. I felt genuinely safe—even when standing on the edge of a slippery cliff! Having his expert guidance made every jump, slide, and rappel feel exciting yet completely secure.

Awesome!! - Had a great opportunity to hang out with an old friend I haven’t seen in years. We met in Kelowna and decided to go on an adventure with our 17 and 16 year old sons. What an adventure it was! From the opening slide/ plunge to the final steps we smiled, laughed, and bonded. A few adrenaline moments for sure, but our guides were great at ensuring everyone was safe! Highly recommend!

Great Intro to Canyoning - My wife and I did the canyoning tour with Robin and Riley. They did a fantastic job making sure we had fun and stayed safe in the canyons and water. Was a great intro to canyoning, couldn't have asked for better operators.

A great adventure for the whole family - Our canyoning tour was great. Rappelling down through waterfalls or being lowered and walking through the canyon was a bit challenging at times, but always well done and above all it was huge fun. Our guides have been super supportive and safety has always come first.

Great summer fun! - Great way to spend an afternoon (especially on a very hot day, nice to way to stay cool). Our guides Robyn and Ella were fantastic!! They were very knowledgeable and efficient at getting us through our trek. Highly recommend if you are in town.
