Safety is their Priority - Our tour was canceled because a Flood Watch was issued. Although we were disappointed that there were no other slots available for the rest of our trip, this shows that this company values people over profits.

Great tour, and amazing tour guide, Sam! - Our guide, Sam, was full of knowledge and was full of jokes. He was very playful, but took safety and respect seriously. Our group had a great time, and would absolutely go on this tour again.

a great day out - not too difficult but wonderful experience - Wonderful and different way to see some of the Garden Isle. The check in, comms and pick up were simple and we jumped in a shuttle for a 2 minute ride to the kayaks in the marina. After a straightforward briefing, we got into our double kayaks and paddled the beautiful and fairly easy (if you have kayaked before) 2 miles to the start of the trail to Secret Falls. The hike was only slightly muddy and uneven in a couple of places - other than that it was an easy (much boardwalk) walk alongside the river to the Falls for a mile and a half. It was single file, so unless near the guide it was easy to miss detail about the flora and fauna he talked about. The falls are hardly ‘secret’ as there were plenty of Kayakers , a few groups we passed and unite a few people at the falls themselves lunching and dipping. The falls were fairly light in water when we attended, but impressive in height nonetheless. After 30 mins or so we retraced our steps back to the kayaks and paddled back to the marina. Pick up was immediate and we were back in the car park in minutes. A lovely day, great experience, excellent company and a shout out to our guide, Corey, who did a good job with our group of 12.
