- Please arrive and check in no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time.
- Important: Morning tours for generally calmer seas; afternoon tours for wet and wild thrill.
- For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate pregnant passengers on this tour.
- Due to the remote location, this adventure is not suitable for guests with a history of heart attacks or strokes.
- We suggest that you bring the following items: a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a towel, cameras, any necessary medications, and motion sickness pills.
- We require a minimum of 10 participants for shared charters. If this requirement is not met, we will contact you to either reschedule or, if necessary, to cancel.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 4 years old.

Kikia'ola Small Boat Harbor is located on the West Side of Kaua'i. Parking is $20 per car and is managed by a private company that oversees the lot for all tour companies.

Must Do Kauai Experience - This was a fantastic charter. We did the 7AM slot - much recommended - saw dolphins, gorgeous views, snorkeling, and caves!!! Thanks to the crew (Ian and Rocki) for making it such a great experience and an ADVENTURE!

This is the second time... - This is the second time I've done the tour with na pali experience and it was fantastic both times! The captains and crew are always friendly and informative and are very skilled at their jobs.

Don’t look further, Best Na Pali Coast Experience! - Don’t look any further! The team at Na Pali Experience is the best group you could choose to have your coastal tour with.
We were very lucky to be with Captain Jackson and Colleen (now a captain as well!) and they took such good care of us!
From the beginning to the end, they navigated us safely to view the stunning Na Pali Coast with interesting local history tidbits galore. We also were very fortunate to see multiple pods of Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins surfacing and jumping around, to which Captain Jackson took every opportunity to stop so we could see them. Colleen was extraordinarily charismatic and very attentive to everyone’s needs, along with being very enthusiastic about her job and how she is a part of everyone's experience. We enjoyed some snacks and drinks while on board which was very much appreciated as we were in the heat and started early enough to be peckish with minimal breakfast prior.
We snorkeled for a good amount of time which allowed us to see 2 honu (sea turtles) and plenty of fish 🐠.
Super fun and safe experience and would highly recommend choosing the Na Pali Experience as part of your trip. Thanks again to Colleen and Capt. Jackson, and mahalo nui loa 🤙

Snorkeled w turtles! - Shout out to Captain Jake and RJ, a fun pair who kept the tour lighthearted, informative, great music playlist and made it an overall memorable trip. We booked because of their five star reviews, and we were not disappointed, Captain Jake expertly drove the boat, even giving us opportunities to go into the caves, unlike many of the other bigger boats that were not able to fit. They also guided my husband into where he could snorkel with turtles and they were right, he was able to snorkel not far from the boat with many turtles. It seemed like everyone had a great time. Most importantly, we all were safe and felt in good hands. Glad we booked!

Don't Miss It! - This was a great experience. The coast is beautiful and we saw a huge group of dolphins a a bonus. Jane, the captain, was terrific and so was Kona, her first mate.

A Fun Experience - This was a great experience in terms of the property--we took the fun train ride--and performance. The fire thrower was exceptional. Very talented ensemble. We knew going in that the food was going to be average, and that was fine. We really went for the drama of the show.

Book this tour to see Na’Pali! - Our family had a spectacular experience on Na’Pali Experience boat tour with Captain Daniel and Colleen! We wanted the adventure of the caves and the comfort of a real boat (not a raft). The crew gave great information about the island and marine life. We saw spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and lots of tropical fish. The crew was fun and engaging and made sure everyone was comfortable. They played fun music, served us fresh pineapple, and some other snacks. We had a great weather day and we were able to snorkel and go in many caves. As far at Na Pali goes it is breathtaking and you don’t want to miss it!! It is a natural wonder of beauty! Book the trip with Na Pali Experience!

Once in a lifetime - This was a once in a lifetime adventure that my husband and I will never forget. Turtles, sea monks, dolphins, and WHALES!!! Our local guide, Chaz could not have been better, and Jane was an amazing captain! Do not miss this if have the opportunity!!!

Bucket list excursion! - The crew and captain (Jane and Kona) were wonderful. They just wanted us all to have a memorable experience.
Besides the seeing the Na’Pali coast, we saw caves, dolphins, and some military plane flybys.
Highly recommend this excursion!

No Aloha Spirit - Extremely disappointing experience and zero compassion from this company.
I woke up very sick the morning of my 7:30 AM tour and emailed them around 5:00 AM explaining I was not well enough to safely attend. Their tours specifically recommend guests be in good health due to ocean conditions and the physical nature of the excursion.
I was NOT asking for a refund. I simply asked to reschedule to a later tour that day or the following day since they had visible availability on their own website.
Instead of showing any flexibility or aloha spirit, they immediately hid behind policy language and made absolutely no effort to accommodate the situation despite having open spots available.
What bothered me most was the complete lack of customer care. They would rather take your money than work with a guest who is genuinely sick.
Thankfully, I booked with another company afterward and had an amazing experience. They even checked in to see how I was feeling — something Na Pali Experience never once did.
The difference in customer service was night and day. I would strongly recommend booking with a company that actually values hospitality and guest experience.
