Hands down the BEST Luau in Kauai! - Luau Ka Hikina is, without a doubt, the best luau I have ever attended—and I’ve been to six across multiple islands. Unlike the typical crowded luaus with 300–400 guests and average food, this experience was far more intimate, with around 125 people, and every dish was exceptional. The setting was beautiful—right on the ocean next to the Sheraton—and created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The entertainment was truly top-notch. The hostess, a Grammy-nominated singer, recording artist, and hula teacher at a local school, added an authentic and personal touch. Many of the performers are her family members, and their passion for their heritage really shines through. They shared rich stories and history about Hawaii, so we not only enjoyed an incredible show but also learned so much along the way. The dancers and costumes were stunning, and the musicians were outstanding. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience—absolutely worth every penny—and I highly recommend it.

Best show ever - This was by far one of the highlights to our trip. This is a show full of laughter, entertainment, and lots of history and culture. The dancers in the show were not only talented but also some of the sweetest people on the island. We loved the crowd interaction that they did. I was able to go in stage and learn to hula dance. Little did I know I would be the person who got to show there dancing off by my self with the pros. It was so much fun and absolutely hilarious. We woke up the next morning still talking about this show and how we loved it. When we make it back to Kauai this will be a must do again. If you get chosen to go in stage form be nervous just go with it and shake what your momma gave you!

All the right vibes - Fantastic food, music and dance. The pre-show had a great set up where our kids could practice in the drums and there were a few vendors selling locally made items. We really enjoyed the smaller feel, and the covered pavilion is very nice and spacious for rainy weather days. We brought our 10, 6, and 1 year old daughters — it was their favorite part of our vacation!
