• Spouting Horn - The journey kicks off with a visit to the stunning Spouting Horn, a dormant lava tube transformed into a water geyser. Witness the awe-inspiring force of nature as waves crash against the shore, sending water surging through the tube like a geyser. The guide will narrate the site’s legend, complete with sound effects. On the return to the starting point, enjoy a drive through the renowned Tree Tunnel, planted in 1912.
• Hanapepe Valley Lookout - The first stop is the lush Hanapepe Valley, a perfect introduction to the Canyon. Partially owned by descendants of a missionary family, this valley is rich in history and natural beauty. Although not visible from the road, Jurassic Falls is hidden deep within this valley.
• Hanapepe - Step back in time with a visit to the charming and historic town of Hanapepe. Cross the famous swinging bridge, built in 1912, savor pastries and beverages at a local bakery, and shop for delightful souvenirs crafted in the state by local artisans. For Disney enthusiasts, this town inspired the original film Lilo & Stitch.
• Waimea Canyon State Park - Waimea Canyon State Park is one of Kauai’s natural marvels, often called the “mini Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” Admire this geological wonder from various lookouts as the tour ascends the mountain to about 3,800 feet in elevation. There will be stops at different locations for fantastic photo opportunities. The main Canyon lookout is closed for restoration until December 2025, but the Canyon, stretching about 15 miles long and 2 miles wide, offers breathtaking views from numerous spots along the Canyon road.

• Waimea - Around 12:30-1 pm, the tour will head to the picturesque grounds of the Waimea Plantation Cottages, built in the early 1900s during the sugar plantation era. Overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean and surrounded by tropical trees, enjoy a delicious lunch at the renowned Chicken in a Barrel, featuring the largest beer wall on the island. After lunch, there’s an option to take a leisurely stroll through the beautifully landscaped property to visit Waimea Bay, one of the few black sand beaches, and Captain Cook’s first landing site in Hawaii.
• Kauai Coffee Company - The final stop on the agenda, after lunch, is a visit to the enchanting world of coffee at the largest plantation in the USA, Kauai Coffee Co. Sample a variety of roasts for free at the visitor center, wander through the coffee tree garden, and shop for a wide range of the freshest beans at their gift shop. Not a coffee fan? Enjoy ice cream or a cold beverage at the snack shop.

Our tours are led by a mother and daughter team with over 20 years of combined experience. This is not your typical tour. We have designed this experience with your perspective in mind. We prioritize quality over quantity; our groups are small, with a maximum of 13 participants. Take a break from driving and let us show you Kauai through the eyes of locals.

We are a very small family business and sometimes we need to change the start time or we might get sick, have vehicle problems or have weather issues that impede us to operate. It is your responsibility to make sure either you or your travel agent provides us with a good number to contact you in case of changes or tour cancellations. Booking through third parties can sometimes be problematic and cause e a delay in our communications. • If you weigh 280 lbs and up please contact us so we can make arrangements to give you an extra seat. There will be an additional fee for this.
• No refunds pass the 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
• In consideration for on time guests and our after hours duties we are unable to wait for late arrivals.
• We can drop off guest at the cruise port at 3:30pm, and the airport.
