The day continues with a refreshing swim in a waterfall, and a village walk to experience local culture, concluding with a soothing river bath.

Polwaththa Eco-Lodges, Kandy, Sri Lanka - For those who love adventure and waterfalls, this experience is ideal. This stunning series of seven waterfalls reaches nearly 100 meters high. After an early morning drive of about one hour, the trek begins at the base of the first waterfall, where a refreshing dip can be enjoyed before the adventure truly begins.

The steep climb takes guests in and out of cascading waterfalls, ascending alongside them through dense forest terrain. Upon reaching the summit of the final waterfall, known as Kotanganga, guests are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Kandyan Hills. Lunch will be served here, with an optional refreshing dip in the natural pools.

After a brief rest, the descent continues through the dense Knuckles Forest towards Thangappuwa. This picturesque trek covers approximately 7 km and concludes at a traditional line-house, where a jeep will be ready to transport guests back to the lodge.
