Efficient tour with extra time at stops! - Perfect trip. I was able to see everything I wanted to with lots of extra time as opposed to racing around from stop to stop.

We hat a guide! And what an amazing experience! - My daughter and I experienced today a warm personal welcome by Jacky. All the way up to the blue mountains he explained lots of interest details about sydney, australia and the blue mountains. Comfortably sitting in the merc sprinter he has served us all day long and on each stop he gave us enough time to explore ourselves the described spots. I can only advise to choose aus australia holiday, very reliable snd such a personal positive touch! Wish we had Jacky a bit more longer!

Great day out, comfy van - Awesome day trip with Jacky. The van is a proper Mercedes Sprinter, very spacious and the AC was great. We hit all the main spots like the Three Sisters and Scenic World but never felt rushed. The small group size makes a huge difference compared to the massive coaches. Really good price for a premium feel. Thanks for a great day!"

Very good experience and cost-effective! - First time to Sydney and booked this Blue Mountains tour. It is very worry-free. The Mercedes car is very comfortable and clean, much better than big bus. Guide Mark is very nice and responsible, he introduced a lot of things and helped us take photos. Scenery is beautiful and we saw wild birds. Very good value for money. Highly recommend!

Comfortable with a small number of people! Traveling in a Benz was great. - I thought a big bus tour would be exhausting, so I signed up for this small group tour. It turned out to be a great answer! The traveling Benz had a very clean interior and spacious seats, which made long-distance travel a no-brainer. My guide Mark was very kind and very kind to drive and I felt safe throughout. I was able to travel efficiently around Scenic World and the Three Sisters, and see parrots in the wild. This tour is highly recommended for Sydney beginners.

Great experience despite the misty weather! - We were a bit unlucky with the weather as it was quite foggy in the Blue Mountains, but we still had a fantastic day thanks to our guide Mark. He was very knowledgeable and adjusted the itinerary so we could still enjoy the nature walk. The Mercedes van was super comfortable and clean—definitely beats squeezing into a big bus. We loved seeing the wild cockatoos! Even with the mist, the small group vibe made it a memorable trip. Recommended if you want a more relaxed and private experience.

Unbeatable value! Mercedes comfort for a great price - Even though we had some fog and rain today, the trip was absolutely enjoyable! A huge thanks to our guide, Jacky, who told us so many fascinating stories about the Blue Mountains—it really helped us appreciate the beauty of the area despite the weather. The best part was the vehicle. We traveled in a 14-seater Mercedes van, which was infinitely more comfortable than the big crowded coaches I've taken on other tours. I can't believe this VIP experience was actually cheaper than the big bus tours. Highly recommended for the value and comfort!

Good Tour, Needs Improvement - The tour had both positive and negative aspects. The van was well-maintained, the driver was attentive, the stops were strategically planned and timely, and the overall Blue Mountain experience is highly recommended for any visitor. However, despite the driver’s commendable nature and attentiveness, his continuous talking from the very beginning of the tour was disruptive. From Sydney to the Blue Mountains, the driver engaged in an hour-long monologue, asking questions that were not posed by the passengers, giving answers to the questions, and then elaborating on the tour’s competitors and how much better his company is compared to others. Occasionally, the microphone’s quality prevented us from fully comprehending his words. The driver’s rambling nature was particularly noticeable during the long major highway driving. To address this issue, I raised it confidentially to him at the first stop. While it was challenging for the driver to accept, there was some noticeable reduction in his excessive talking during the remainder of the trip. Additionally, the driver exhibited inconsistent acceleration on the van's accelerator. He would accelerate, then remove his foot, and repeat this process repeatedly. This was particularly evident on major highways, and did not make for a peaceful drive. In conclusion, while the driver was a genuine gentleman and a kind individual, providing him with training, guidance from his company, and effective content management would significantly enhance the overall pleasure and enjoyment for the passengers.

Jeff - We experienced the Blue Mountains but we did not enjoy the day as much as we hoped for. We couldn’t understand most everything said by driver/guide. Plus, information given was more about how lucky we were to have such a nice van and easy access. We didn’t learn much about the tour! Plus, driver was very irradict with accelerator. Every 3-4 seconds it was faster/slower. Main issue was we couldn’t understand tour guide with a heavy Asian accent. Nice man but not easy to understand.
