Company doesn't respect you or your time enough to keep you informed - I would strongly recommend not using this company especially if you're using their transfers. We ended up booking them with the transfers and all the communication from the company was poor. First it started with them saying they'd give us a pickup time by 2200 the day before, but once 2200 had passed and no time was given I reached out and they said they'd let me know shortly. We'll it wasn't until ~2330 that we were informed of our pickup time in the morning. In the morning the driver picked us up about 5 minutes early which I thought was good. Only weird part about it was the company sent me a message saying the driver was on the way and gave me instructions for when the driver arrived. Downside we were already in the car and that message should've been sent to us 15 minutes earlier. Once we finally arrived in Stone Town we were told to wait at the park and itd be about 10ish minutes for the rest of the group to arrive, which to me made sense and seemed fine (we arrived around 1050 and was told we'd meet the rest of the group at 1105). Unfortunately that time passed and our guide came back to us around 1115 and said we'd be leaving in approximately 10 minutes which was fine at the time. Unfortunately we were just waiting until around 1145 and we just walked up to the guide again and just informed him that we'd just like to go back to our resort since we didn't want to waste more time just sitting around. So in the end we didn't end up going since we lost faith in the company and wanted to use our time better. Since to be honest at that point in time it felt like a scam and we'd lost all faith in the company. It wouldn't be until approximately 0200 the following day that the company would inform us that an accident took place the previous day and that was the delay. For me I can understand unforseen delays and accidents, but just keep me informed so I can make the best judgement with my time. The company doesn't respect you enough to keep you informed and up to date. It felt like we didn't matter enough to be kept up to date. I generally dont care about delays or anything else if that matter, but just let me know since time is important and I'd rather be doing something instead of being kept in the dark and have my time wasted. In the end I'd just recommend having your hotel drop you off and have one of the locals in stone town bring you to the island, or just book it with your hotel. Please avoid this company and their lack of respect to people and their time.
