Great experience 👍 - Wonderful water park to visit, a lot better than Wet and wild back in Australia, went on a Monday and lines were not too long for rides, and rides were lots of fun! booking staff were so helpful when we needed to make a change to our booking, highly recommended ⭐️

Andamanda is a repeat-worthy hit—kids loved it every time! Big, safe, clean, and packed with slides and family-friendly - We’ve visited Andamanda Phuket Waterpark several times now, and each visit has been a hit with the kids. The park is visually stunning, with Thai-inspired themes and lush landscaping that make it feel more like a resort than a typical waterpark. It’s spacious, clean, and well-managed—ideal for families looking for a full day of fun. There are 32 slides, 5 themed zones, and a massive wave pool, which kept our kids entertained for hours. The slides range from gentle to thrilling, so there’s something for every age group. We especially appreciated the safety measures—lifeguards were attentive, and signage was clear throughout the park. Food options were decent and fairly priced for a tourist spot. There are shaded areas and cabanas available, which made it easier to relax between rides. Ticket redemption was smooth, and the facilities were consistently clean across all our visits. If you’re traveling with kids or teens, this is a must-visit in Phuket. Even after multiple visits, it doesn’t feel repetitive—there’s always something new to explore or a favorite slide to revisit. It’s one of the few attractions that truly balances excitement with comfort.

Must read review - Clean, safe, and fun rides overall. The park itself is very well maintained and the attractions are exciting. However, the queues were insane — often 30 minutes or more per ride. This was not due to large crowds, but rather extreme inefficiency. At most waterparks, once an inflatable ring completes a ride, a new one is sent immediately. Here, after a ring finishes, it often takes 1–2 minutes before the next one is dispatched. This dramatically increases waiting times, even when there are only a few people in line. It genuinely feels like the operations are intentionally slowed down. Because of this inefficiency, we only managed to complete around 6–7 rides on the larger attractions, despite being at the park from opening until closing and taking only a short break for lunch. For this reason, I would not recommend this facility to anyone primarily interested in the bigger attractions. It may be more suitable for families who plan to spend most of their time in the children’s areas. The food prices are also heavily marked up — around 200%. While higher prices are expected in places like this, double (or more) the normal cost feels excessive. In summary: very clean, safe, and thrilling attractions, but the wait times are so long that they become extremely frustrating.

Great Waterslides, But Disappointed by Unethical Water Policy - The water slides and attractions at Andamanda Phuket are truly top-notch — clean, modern, and lots of fun for both kids and adults. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design of the park, and we had a great time enjoying the variety of rides. Staff were friendly and safety was well managed. However, one major downside really put a damper on the day: you're not allowed to bring in your own water, even sealed bottles. This feels like an unnecessary and frankly unethical policy, especially in Thailand’s heat where hydration is crucial. It's understandable to restrict alcohol or large meals, but banning basic necessities like water — only to force visitors to buy it inside at inflated prices — is not okay. This kind of policy prioritises profit over guest wellbeing and leaves a bad impression, especially for families or anyone visiting on a budget. I hope the management reconsiders this approach, as the park itself is excellent and deserves to be remembered for the fun, not the frustration. Got to give poor rating due to this policy
