Very professional and friendly service on my day trip in Kathmandu - I took a day trip in Kathmandu with the extremely professional, friendly and helpful guide Binaya. I saw the most important sights, stupas and temples in Kathmandu and learned a lot about the history and culture of Nepal. Binaya was very helpful and punctual and the day trip went very smoothly. I can warmly recommend his services to anyone interested in the wonders of Nepal! Thank you once again Binaya! :)

Best Service Provider - We returned from 6 days Darjeeling and Sikkim tour. We enjoyed the tour very much as we were in a group of 6 girls from Kathmandu who decided to go for the Darjeeling Sikkim tour Package of Nepal One Tours & Travels. I think we did a great job of hiring them because the services they provided were excellent. We were worried at the beginning because only being girls in a group and travelling to India by road for the first time, but the contact persons at every places we visited were so helpful and were always there to receive us before we arrive. The hotels we stayed in both Darjeeling and Sikkim were also on a nice location and very comfortable and the meals they serve was also great. The jeeps, cars and buses they provided for the travelling was also easy and very co-operative which was the best part because we were worried on those transportation.
Folks from Kathmandu, looking for a Darjeeling and Sikkim tours, go and choose Nepal One Tours for the best deal.

Warm hearted and passionate people - My friend and I had just back from Nepal a week ago and we had tour arrangement by Nepal One Tours & Travels and one of the main reason we chosen them is because out of few enquiries we had sent they are the one will fast response. Prior to our tour there are a lot of changes due to the earthquake and also flight changes by the airline, but they are patiently updating our itinerary until the final one.
Binaya is our guide who welcome us from Kathmandu airport, he is a very helpful and friendly guy who are easy to get along and chats like a friend, as well his colleague Kishore. We have to cancel the tour to Lumbini at very last minute due to some issues and Binaya is managed to make all the last minute arrangements without bringing any headache to us.
We are very happy with our 7 days tour in Nepal with them, they are warm hearted and passionate people. It is very less tourist in Nepal now after the major earthquake, but the country and people is still beautiful and there are still a lot to offer to tourist. If you are planning a tour to Nepal, Nepal One Tours & Travels is your choice to make all the necessary arrangements, do visit their facebook page which some interesting and attractive packages.
I would like to say thank you to Binaya, Kishore and Mr driver who drove us around, hope to see you guys again one day. Namsate.

Wonderful Nepal trip - I had an 11 days Nepal Tour on March with my family and our tour arranged by Nepal One Tours & Travels. They made our journey pleasant and memorable. We contacted Nepal One Tours by their website and had all the bookings from them. Our Pokhara - Chitawan tour was organized perfectly as we wanted it to be. The hotel was nice and accomodating. We visited Nagarkot, Chisapani, and Dhulikhel in Kathmandu. It was indeed an enjoyable trip. Their team is so friendly yet professional in every aspect. Their tour guide, car driver and staffs of their partner hotels were excellent in service. My plan for next time is trek to Annapurna base camp and undoubtedly, I will choose Nepal One Tours to arrange my trip. If you are looking for a Tour company in Nepal, I recommend Nepal One Tours & Travels for a worthwhile stay and travel.

Rafting for 2 hours, Bus ride is 10 hours - We did the one day rafting trip with Nepal one tours. The company was very responsive and the price was good at $25 per person which is comparable to other operators out of Kathmandu. Hopefully the following tips will help if you book through this company which would have been nice to know if advance:
1. Transportation is "included" in the cost, but that means that you take a tourist bus first. It would have been nice to have known the name/number of the actual bus. Even with the tour operator having my boyfriend's cell phone number, this doesn't really help when you are combing through a lot of busses trying to locate the right one while trying to ask someone that doesn't speak very good English. This tourist bus took 4 hours to reach the river, had a/c and fans, and had reclining chairs.
2. The rafting was beautiful. There are bridges straight out of Indiana Jones to see and the weather was in our favor considering it was still monsoon season. I was skeptical about our guide at first, but he ended up being nice. Expect 2/3 class Rapids on this trip and 8 people on each raft. Rafting time was 2 hours at best.
3. The "local bus on the way back" should have been throughly explained to us, but was glossed over during booking. It took us 6 hours to get back to Kathmandu. This bus is not for the faint of heart, sweat, and smells. There is no a/c or fans on the local bus and more frequent stops. I had a scarf with me thankfully and highly recommend that you take one with you. It will help with the pollution that you will breathe in. It also helped when eventually I had to move next to a rather sweaty individual whose armpit was on my arm for the upwards of an hour. I used the scarf to place some type of barrier between myself and the sweaty armpit and I would imagine that a lot of people would not be enthused with this arrangement. Again the price was great for $25 and I tried to embrace the experience. The rafting experience should outweigh the travel time and that was my biggest disappointment. If you expect 5 star luxury service for transportation and pampering along the way then I would look elsewhere. You have been notified =)

Tour doesn't exist. - Do not book! No longer exists. A waste of my time on a time limited trip to Kathmandu. Very disappointing.
