• Pre-Tour Requirements - Prior to the commencement of your trek, we require the following documentation:
• 4 passport-sized photos per traveler, which will be utilized for the TIMS (Trekkers Information Management System) card and ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit).
• A copy of each traveler’s passport, which is essential for obtaining TIMS and ACAP permits.
• Our office representative will collect these documents at your hotel on the day before your tour starts. Please ensure that you have these documents ready for collection.

• This trek is one of the shortest routes to Poonhill, and as such, you may not have the opportunity to explore other areas.
• We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off services from hotels within Kathmandu city. Please provide us with the name of your hotel upon booking to ensure a smooth transfer.
