Swoyambhu Mahachaitya - From the top of a hillock on the western side of Swayambhu, also known as Samhengu and the Monkey Temple due to the many monkeys on the premises, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley.
Pashupatinath Temple - Located on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu, the Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal. Dedicated to the god Shiva, it is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River.
Boudhanath Stupa - Boudhanath Stupa, a Buddhist stupa in the Valley, is over 2500 years old. Built in the 5th century, it is adorned with four pairs of Lord Buddha’s eyes, one in each cardinal direction, watching over the people and their actions. Visitors often see Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet circumambulating the stupa while spinning prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square - Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the center of Lalitpur city, showcases the finest examples of Newari architecture that flourished during the reign of the Malla kings. These kings were not only great rulers but also patrons of art, culture, and architecture. Patan Durbar Square features many stunning temples, palaces, and courtyards with intricate carvings and sculptures. It is a must-visit destination for those interested in history and architecture.
Drive to Chitwan from Kathmandu: 160 km/ 6-7 hours’ drive
Chitwan National Park - After an early breakfast, you will embark on a drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival, a hotel representative will provide you with a detailed schedule of activities for your stay in Chitwan. Activities include lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and the park visitor center, a sunset view from Rapti River, dinner, and a cultural program.

Chitwan National Park - Receive a wake-up call from the staff and enjoy breakfast before preparing for the jeep safari tour. After lunch, take a traditional dug-out canoe for a serene trip along the Rapti River, observing aquatic birds and wildlife on the riverbanks. Visit the elephant breeding center to learn about these fascinating animals. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program of the local Tharu tribe. Activities include canoeing, a jungle walk, or a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch is followed by a jeep safari with evening entertainment.
Drive to Pokhara from Chitwan: 150 km/6-7 hours’ drive.
Pokhara - After breakfast, depart from Chitwan to reach Pokhara, known as The Lake City due to its many lakes. The initial part of the journey takes you through subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape transforms, revealing hills, small settlements, and terraced farms. Upon arrival in Pokhara, the stunning lake city, you will be greeted with breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna, and others. After checking in to the hotel, take some rest or explore the streets of Pokhara, enjoying the charm of one of Nepal’s most beautiful cities.

Davi’s Falls Pokhara - Davis Fall: In the south of Pokhara valley, locally known as Patale Chhango, a stream from Fewa Lake cascades down the rocks into a narrow canyon, creating several whirlpools. This scenic spot is incredibly popular among both visitors and locals.
Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave - Gupteshwor Cave: Located just 2 km from the Pokhara airport, the Gupteshwor Cave is a revered site. The entrance is opposite Devi’s fall, and it spans almost 3 km in length, featuring several large chamber-like areas and narrow passageways that require crawling on all fours. For Hindus, this cave holds immense significance as it houses a phallic emblem of Lord Shiva in its original condition, discovered here.
Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake) - Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Situated at an elevation of 800m above sea level, this lake is the second largest in the kingdom. The Barahi Island Temple, located in the center of the lake, is the most significant religious structure in Pokhara. This two-storied pagoda, constructed almost at the lake’s center, is devoted to the female power, Shakti. The lake’s tranquil waters reflect the stunning Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna peaks. A dense forest covers the neighboring southern slopes of the lake.
Seti Gandaki (Seti River) - Seti River Gorges: Seti-Gandaki has carved one of the most remarkable natural wonders of Pokhara. The K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool, and the Prithivi highway bridge near the bus park offer a breathtaking view of the river’s powerful rush and the deep gorge created by the forceful flow of white water.
World Peace Stupa - The World Peace Stupa in Pokhara is a stunning white pagoda perched atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Phewa Lake, the Annapurna range, and the lush valley. Built to inspire peace and harmony, it is a serene spot for reflection and breathtaking scenery.
Drive to Kathmandu from Pokhara: 200 km/ 7-8 hours’ drive.
Kathmandu - After breakfast, begin the return journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu. This drive takes you along scenic riverbanks, offering picturesque views of the hills and the traditional Nepalese lifestyle. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Departure Day: Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport for Your Departure.
