- Swoyambhu Mahachaitya - The Kathmandu Valley is a historic city rich in diverse cultures and traditions, playing a significant role in Nepal’s history. Home to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, it has been a focal point for cultural and historical studies and excursions. Throughout the day, some of these UNESCO sites in Kathmandu will be explored.
- Lakeside-6, Pokhara - After a morning breakfast, embark on a 6-7 hour drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara along a scenic highway featuring picturesque villages and the Trishuli River. Spend the evening leisurely by the lake, preparing for the next day’s trek. Overnight stay at a hotel.
- KHAIRENITAR BAZAR - Following breakfast, travel by bus or car, depending on group size, to Khairenitaar (28 km) and begin the trek towards Bankewa, where the first night will be spent in a charming home with local hosts. After reaching Udendhunga, Bankewa village will be shortly reached. Ample time will be available to explore the villagers’ daily lifestyle. A welcome program will be organized by the village community.
- Khairenitar Magar Samaj Hall - This day involves mostly walking downhill or on flat terrain, passing through stunning mountain views and village landscapes. The journey includes stone paths and motorways. After crossing a bridge, enjoy an easy walk along the pristine Surdaudi River. Lunch will be taken at a designated spot before heading slowly to PyuriDobhan, a sacred place where three holy rivers converge. In the evening, attend a Shaman show and participate in evening prayers, reflecting on the past and looking forward to the future. Activities include hiking, a Shaman show, and evening prayers.
- Gurunghe Hill - Begin the day with a local breakfast and continue climbing the steep mountains, passing through small villages. The trek offers insights into the cultural aspects of Nepal’s major ethnic groups. First, visit the Gurung village of Lamagaon, and after lunch, proceed to the larger village of Gharedi. Activities include hiking and exploring the diverse cultures of various ethnic groups.
- Kolma Bahakot Tamu Samaj - After breakfast, continue the journey to the Millennium Cave, featuring waterfalls. After exploring the cave, proceed to Kalkhu village and finally reach Kolma village for an overnight stay. Although the day involves challenging uphill walking, the breathtaking village and Himalayan views from the viewpoint will make it worthwhile.
- Rangrung kirana Pasal - After breakfast, head towards the picturesque village of Rangrung, passing through several small villages and enjoying beautiful scenery. After a few hours of walking from Pyarsing, return to Rangrung village and explore ThuloHattiya. Spend the night in the heart of a Newari village with locals. Activities include trekking and enjoying Newari traditional cuisines.
- Rangrung kirana Pasal - After breakfast, head towards the picturesque village of Rangrung, passing through several small villages and enjoying beautiful scenery. After a few hours of walking from Pyarsing, return to Rangrung village and explore ThuloHattiya. Spend the night in the heart of a Newari village with locals.
- Tibetan camp - The following day, walk down to the Kyangdi River, cross it, and proceed to Lalim village before entering the Tibetan camp. This is one of five Tibetan camps in Nepal, established by refugees after the Chinese invasion of Tibet. Observe their lifestyle and community. After crossing the Seti gorge, visit the popular rock garden, then take a bus or jeep from Dulegaunda highway to Pokhara, depending on group size. The day involves no further walking. Activities include observing the Tibetan lifestyle and community, and driving to Pokhara.
- Pokhara Museum - Pokhara, known as the “City of Lakes,” is a stunning city and a major tourist destination in Nepal. It offers breathtaking mountain panoramas, lakes, captivating caves, and vibrant nightlife at lakeside. Enjoy sightseeing around Pokhara.
- Kathmandu Durbar Square - From Pokhara, travel by deluxe coach or jeep (depending on group size) to Kathmandu. The journey, which takes about 7-8 hours, passes through the Trisuli River and picturesque villages. Upon arrival in Kathmandu Valley, transfer to the hotel.
- Kathmandu Durbar Square - A representative will meet you at the hotel and escort you to the airport according to your flight schedule. Airport check-in is required three hours before flight time. Activities include a farewell lunch or quick coffee, airport drop-off, and souvenir shopping.
