Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2: Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a 5-6 hour journey by private vehicle
Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Kande, then trek to Pitam Deurali (2100m), 1-hour drive, 5-6 hours trek
Day 4: Trek from Pitam Deurali to Kokar Forest Camp (3050m), 6 hours trek
Day 5: Trek from Kokar Forest Camp to Low Camp (2550m), 4 hours trek
Day 6: Trek from Low Camp to High Camp (3900m), 4 hours trek
Day 7: Trek from High Camp to Upper View Point (4250m) - 2.5 hours / Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) - 4 hours, then return to High Camp
Day 8: Trek from High Camp to Sidhing (1700m), 7 hours trek
Day 9: Trek from Sidhing to Lumre and drive to Pokhara (900m), 3 hours trek
Day 10: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Day 11: Departure from Kathmandu.

Mardi Himalaya Trek

The Mardi Himal Trek is a stunning journey in Nepal, offering close-up views of the magnificent Himalayan range. This trek was introduced only a few years ago, making it a hidden gem. Few trekkers venture to the Mardi Himal Base Camp, which is ideally located at the base of Mardi Himal and the Annapurna region, providing breathtaking views of the iconic Mount Machapuchare. Several new basic lodges and homestays have been established along the Mardi Himal ridge, ensuring comfortable accommodation in a lodge.

The trail meanders along small winding paths, through enchanting rhododendron forests, until reaching an elevation of approximately 3,300 meters. The trek begins at an altitude of 800 meters at Phedi and ascends to 4,700 meters at Mardi Himal Base Camp. Upon reaching the base camp, trekkers are rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the mountains.
