Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel (1310M)

Free day in Kathmandu, permit preparations, explore city (1310M)
Kathmandu - We will collect your passports and photos to arrange your immigration permits. Original passports and visas are required for obtaining Nepal immigration permits. Feel free to explore the city independently. Once the permits are ready, there will be a trip briefing and introductory session with your guide. Enjoy exploring the city during the day, and join us for a tour briefing in the evening.
Drive to Soti Khola (710M)
Soti Khola - We begin our journey early in the morning, following the Budi Gandaki River. It’s a scenic yet adventurous drive through charming Nepalese villages. About half of the road is unpaved, so expect a bumpy ride. We will stop in Soti Khola before starting our trek the next day.
Trek to Machha Khola (930M)
Machhakhola - We will cross the bridge and then ascend to the hilltop. It’s a delightful day hike through picturesque villages in the region. We will pass through Armala, Liding, Apubesi, and Khani Besi before reaching Machha Khola. The day is filled with diverse villages, towering waterfalls, lush hills, the roaring Budi Gandaki river, and various rice paddies.
Trek to Jagat
Jagat - Upon reaching Korlabesi, we will have a steep climb to the ridge, followed by a descent to a natural hot spring (Tatopani). We will soon cross the Budi Gandaki river and continue climbing stone stairs to Dovan. Our ascent continues towards a small place called Duman, crossing some landslide areas. Several ups and downs will lead us to Thado Bhanjyang, and further on to Jagat.
Trek to Deng (1860M)
Trek to Namrung (2540)
Namrung - Shortly after leaving Deng, we will cross the Budi Gandaki River and proceed to Rana Village. We continue westward, following a stunning waterfall. We will walk through beautiful rhododendron forests, guided by white Langur monkeys. A climb will bring us to Namrung for an overnight stay. This village offers spectacular views of Himalayan peaks, including Ganesh Himal and Himal Chuli.
Trek to Samagaon (3390M)
Trek to Samdo (3890M)
Samdo - The trek from Samagaon to Samdo takes about 3 to 4 hours. We will follow the Budi Gandaki river throughout the day. On a lucky day, we might spot Himalayan Blue Sheep. The trail is relatively easy and wide. Walking along both sides of the Budi Gandaki river, we will eventually reach Samdo for an overnight stay.
Rest and Acclimatization day in Samdo (3890)
Samdo - Samdo is a convergence point of three surrounding valleys and is known for yak herding. We will spend another night in Samdo for acclimatization. A hike to Gya La, a trending pass with Tibet, offers excellent views of Simrang Himal, Hiunchuli Peak, Ngadi Himal, Larkye Peak, Cheo, and Kang Guru Himal.
Trek to Dharmashala (4460M)
Cross Larke Pass (5,125M) and Trek to Bhimtang (3590M)
Bhimtang Lake viewpoint - This is a challenging day. We will start early in the morning, gently climbing to the ridge, then descending briefly to a small lake before making the final ascent to the Larke Pass. The last section of the pass is slightly steeper. Upon reaching the summit, we will pause to take photographs before descending to Bhimtang. Enjoy breathtaking views of several Himalayas, including Manaslu Peak, Himlung Himal, Annapurna II, Cheo Himal, and Kangguru Himal.
Trek to Tilije (2300M)
Dharapani - We will leave the stunning Himalayan peaks behind and begin our descent to Tilje for the night. Continuing through rhododendron forests will bring us to Karache (2,800M), one of Nepal’s highest cultivated villages. Further on, we will reach Gho village, where a few lodges are available for accommodation. An additional hour of trekking will take us to Tilije village for an overnight stay, as Tilije offers better accommodation options compared to Gho village.
Trek to Tal, drive to Besisahar (820M)
Besisahar - Descending from Tilje, we will reach the Marshyang valley and join the popular Annapurna Circuit Trek. Tal is a well-known stop on the Annapurna circuit route, with several lodges available for meals and accommodation. After a quick lunch, we will embark on an exciting drive to Besisahar on a dirt road.
Drive to Kathmandu (1310M)
Kathmandu - After a quick breakfast, we will board our microvan to Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenic countryside drive along various rivers, marking the end of our unforgettable Manaslu Larke Pass Trek. Relax and unwind at the hotel, enjoy a refreshing shower, and savor a delicious meal at a fine restaurant in Kathmandu before preparing for departure.
Departure from Kathmandu, end of services
Kathmandu - We will drive you to the airport approximately 3 hours before your flight. The airport is small with only one terminal. It’s time to say farewell until we meet again!
