JOURNEY FROM KATHMANDU TO SOTIKHOLA (720M)

Soti Khola - The Manaslu Circuit Trek officially begins at Sotikhola. Initially, travel to Arughat by van or jeep, then proceed to the Budi Gandaki Valley, passing through the hydroelectric project, rice and millet fields, and Maltar. Trek along a narrow trail to Arkhet Khola, reaching the destination, Sotikhola.

TREK FROM SOTIKHOLA TO MACHHAKHOLA (930M)

Machhakhola - Machhakhola offers stunning views of Ganesh Himal. After breakfast, the trek from Sotikhola to Labubesi, a Gurung village at an altitude of (880 m / 2887.14 ft), leads to Machhakhola (990 m / 2952.76 ft), where relaxation awaits in a guesthouse.

TREK FROM MACHHAKHOLA TO JAGAT (1440M)

Jagat - On the way to Jagat, the natural hot spring, Tatopani, provides a relaxing break. The trek continues to Khoralbesi, then through dense forests to Dovan. Below Dovan, the divine Budi Gandaki River flows. A short walk from here leads to the charming village of Jagat.

Namrung - Namrung is a picturesque village with stunning views and traditional stone houses. During today’s 7-hour walk on the Manaslu Circuit Trek, pass by the Budi Gandaki River, lush forests, Mani, and Gompas, leaving you in awe. First, reach the beautiful Prok village with breathtaking views of Singri Himal. From Prok, enjoy the scenery and arrive at Namrung for an overnight stay.

Bhimtang Lake Viewpoint - After breakfast, head to Tilje, enjoying the walk past a mesmerizing glacier stream. The easy 5-hour walk from Bhimtang to Tilje, through beautiful rhododendron forests, narrow valleys, and green fields, is a visual delight. To reach Tilje, pass through Karache, then Gho, and finally arrive at Tilje for an overnight stay.

TREK FROM TILJE TO BESI SAHAR (760M)

Besisahar, Lamjung - On this day of the Manaslu Circuit Trek, walk for a few hours before driving in a jeep. Through stone-paved paths, scenic villages, and freshwater rivers, Dharapani welcomes you, from where a jeep ride takes you to Besi Sahar along a bumpy yet stunning path.

RETURN TO KATHMANDU FROM BESI SAHAR

Kathmandu - After breakfast, continue the journey by driving to Kathmandu, admiring views of the Trishuli River, Marshyangdi River, rice fields, colorful valleys, terrace farms, and majestic snow-covered mountains. A delicious dinner awaits you at the hotel for an overnight stay.
