Excellent trip - We would lile to thank magical nepal for our guide Saroz along the 13 day manaslu trek. As we ascended this two horned devil mountain we were accompagnied by a protective native angel with feathers peaquing out of his down jacket. This always happy nepali guided us up hills , through forests and down planes telling stories of hindu gods going past old monasteries. This biology enthousiast showed us the wild plants and animals along the trek and guided us past the gastro enteritis inducing menu items. The trek was quite hard and i don't recommend it as a first big hike for my fellow soft heeled city women, but finishing it was so rewarding and the guidance of magical nepal really helped. The fee is about 500 euros per person in advance and 500 when you get there, which is very reasonably priced for the complete package. The company also does airport pick up and drop off. We were a couple and decided to join a group but due off season we were just a couple plus George, our 2 meter tall British amateur photographer. The vibe was peak. Special shoutout to our guide: As long as saroz is here, you have nothing to fear. Thank you, you absolute mountain GOAT!! I hope you can buy a cow soon and see a snowleopard on every trek you go on from now on.

Incredible experience trekking the Manaslu Circuit - Trekking the Manaslu Circuit was the experience of a life time! The views, service, people and experience far surpassed my expectations. Our guide, Saroz, led our group of 5 with incredible expertise, calm demeanor and a strictly positive outlook. He kept our group safe and in high spirits as he ensured expectations were always clear. Saroz brought our trip from great to amazing. My expectations of the tea houses and food were low going into the trip and while we weren’t living in luxury, the tea houses were nice and the food was always good with large portions. Each day varied in difficulty and was weather dependent. While we didn’t quite make it to Manaslu base camp because of weather, we had the most epic and clear morning for Larke Pass. While not all groups are this lucky, our guide shifted some things in the itinerary around an oncoming storm so we could make it over the pass safely with great views. Overall magical Nepal and our guide Saroz made our experience seamless, easy and extremely enjoyable from start to finish! I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see incredible mountains and is willing to work hard to get there. If I ever come back to Nepal, I will book my trek through Magical Nepal and Saroz as our guide if possible!

Excellent Experience - The Manaslu Trek with Magical Nepal exceeded my expectations. Saroz, the lead guide, was extremely professional. Trekking in the Manaslu region physically and mentally demanding, and Saroz did an exceptional job of keeping morale high throughout the trek. I highly recommend Magical Nepal and plan on consulting with them on future trips to Nepal.

The best way to see the Manaslu - dream come true! - This was my first trip to Nepal and I booked the Manaslu trek with Magical Nepal. I always had a dream to see the Himalayan mountains and do a trek staying in tea houses along the way. Magical Nepal was a great agency to use. They picked us up from the airport and there was a brief meeting the day before the trek even began to answer our questions and prepare us for the trip. Our guide was named Saroz and he was incredible. Every day he would check in with us, asking us how we are doing, making sure we like the food we are getting, showing us the way on the trail and where the bathrooms are, things like that. He went above and beyond to coordinate everything and made us feel very safe. The longest day of the trek was over Larke Pass, which is over 5000 m of elevation. Unfortunately a storm was coming and was going to hit the pass on the day we were supposed to go over it. If the pass is too snowy, it’s very dangerous to pass and you can’t find the trail. Saroz was monitoring the weather every day and rearranged our itinerary so we could go over the pass 1 day earlier. He coordinated with all of the tea houses to make sure our dates were correct and because we had an extra day we broke up the last 1 day into 2 shorter days which was a much needed break for our legs. We ended up going over the pass with beautiful sunshine and it was the most gorgeous day! Additionally Saroz always told us which foods to eat or try and which ones to avoid. I love oatmeal at home so he recommended the Champa porridge which is a local dish similar to oatmeal but made with wheat. It was delicious! He also recommended the thenthuck soup, which is a vegetable soup with homemade noodles. It was delicious after a long cold day of hiking. Because our schedule slightly changed, he coordinated a new bus ride for my partner and I to get to Pokhara and made sure we had a seat on the local bus. He checked in to make sure we arrived safely. These are the kinds of guides that magical Nepal uses, guides who truly enjoy the nature (Saroz was always pointing out animals and naming the peaks around us) and guides who really really care about their group of travelers. He made us feel welcome and safe and I wouldn’t pick any other guide or company! We love magical Nepal! Thank you for everything!

Breathtaking experience - An unbelievable experience along the Manaslu circuit trek. Breathtaking sceneries, great food and many people passionate about nature met along the way. A must for trekking lovers, but also for those who are interested in tibetan culture. Our guide KP took care of us along the way making sure we had the best time there and we could safely complete the adventure, adapting the plans based on our preferences and physical conditions. He went above and beyond especially when dealing with our dietary requirements (and hunger after a day of trek). He's funny, very easy going and having him in the group made this trek even more special.

Best trek to book in Nepal! - If you're considering booking this, do it! Manaslu Circuit Trek is the most amazing experience and the best trek to book in Nepal and Magical Nepal is by far the best operator in my opinion! The communication was amazing, the booking included way more than I realised whereas other groups had many hidden costs, food was amazing, organisation was perfect, any potential problems were immediately solved, and our guide KP was absolutely amazing! KP really went out of his way at every opportunity to help everyone and was so encouraging! This was one of the best experiences of my life!!

Best Trek ever - The Manaslu Trek was absolutely fantastic! I loved every second of it and I’m incredibly glad that I did this trek. A huge thank you goes to Pemba (our guide), who not only always got us safely to our destination but also taught us so much about the culture, life in Nepal, the language, and much more. He was reliable and helpful in every situation, and I always felt safe. And also thanks to Porsuram (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) – probably the strongest porter in the world and the best fruit decorator! Thank you guys :)

'easy day' - The trip is well organized. From pickup from the airport to the busses from Kathmandu to the pickup at the end of the trip. The guide really cares about you wether you are doing fine or having a hard time. Especially with the mountain sickness. The funny thing is that the guide says 'easy day' almost every day during the trek. This really boosted morale during the entire trek. Even at the day of the of the Larke pass, 'easy day'. I would book Magical Nepal again.

Fantastic and Rewarding Experience - I, along with two friends, just finished the 12 day Manaslu circuit trek, and I cannot recommend Magical Nepal and their offering enough. Our guide, Sajan, was experienced, capable, and most of all, a fantastic companion for the Trek, along with the assistant guide Suraj, and porter Ridam. During hard moments they were always quick to offer help, or just a joke to lift your spirits, and their general service was always above and beyond. They navigated weather and schedule changes for us and made everything seamless in some seemingly uncertain scenarios. I would highly vouch for all three of them. The Trek itself is tough but rewarding. Expect long days, beautiful views, and some fascinating exposure to Tibetan culture. You go from long days in valleys crossing many suspension bridges, to above the snowline with fantastic views of the Himalayas, of which Mt Manaslu is the jewel of this trek. We were part of a group of 8, which was a great size. Everyone got along great and we came out of it with new friendships. If you are looking for a provider for the Manaslu Trek look no further, the team here is professional, capable, friendly , and will go out of their way to give you the once-in-a-lifetime experience that this Trek deserves.
