Trisuli River - The Langtang trek starts with a nine-hour drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, heading north along the road by the Trisuli River. You can choose between a public bus or a private vehicle, with private vehicles being safer and highly recommended. Along the way, you can see the Chilime hydropower plant in Syabrubesi, which is designed on the run-of-the-river model.
Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel through Bamboo
Bhotekoshi River - The trek from Syabrubesi follows a trail that crosses the Bhotekoshi River and continues along the Langtang Khola, gradually ascending to Bamboo and passing through a landslide area to reach Lama Hotel, situated at an elevation of 2,470 meters above sea level.
