Kathmandu airport arrival service (Domestic or International Terminal): Upon arrival and after obtaining your visa, proceed to the ‘Arrival Area’ outside. Look for your name-sign, which our driver will be holding. There will be many other name-signs from different tour operators, but focus on finding yours. Our driver will have your name clearly written in bold letters. Once you meet our driver, you will be transferred to your booked hotel. Please avoid anyone offering to help with your luggage or providing information, as they may ask for extra money.

If you wish to book a departure transfer:

Departure to Kathmandu airport (Domestic or International Terminal): For hotel to airport departures, our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time and transfer you to the airport, dropping you off at the ‘Departure Gate’ for your onward flight.

Time: Both arrival and departure durations range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions, time of day, and location of your stay.

A single-use service for either your arrival or departure at Kathmandu airport is available. This includes transferral from the airport to your hotel or vice versa, using a private, comfortable vehicle driven by our experienced chauffeur. The service operates to and from both the International and Domestic sectors of Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu.

On arriving into Kathmandu, you will be instantly immersed into the lively energy of the city as you travel through bustling streets, packed lanes and shop-lined roads on your way to your accommodation. This energetic cityscape is also the backdrop for your journey when departing.
