Our driver will display your name on a banner and wait for you in the arrival lobby after you complete immigration. Please carefully check your name and locate our driver for a seamless service.

The transfer includes only car transport. If your group consists of more than three people, this service will not be applicable. In such cases, please inform us, and we can arrange various vehicle options for an additional cost.

Please note: Our airport transfer service is available only from Kathmandu airport to the main city areas (Thamel, Lazimpat, and within the city Ring Road area, including Boudhanath Stupa) at any time. For transfers outside the Ring Road, additional charges will apply based on the distance.
