• Kathmandu - The journey begins at Kathmandu airport, where the helicopter departs for Everest Base Camp, flying over the highest viewpoint in the Base Camp area before continuing to Lukla airport in an AIRBUS H125 Eurocopter 350 Model. A brief stop at Lukla is made to refuel. The flight then proceeds to Pheriche at 4200 meters and Base Camp, with the pilot selecting the best location for any necessary division.
