Highly recommended - It was our first time in Nepal, and we were feeling a bit lost at the beginning, but Mani organized absolutely everything for us and made it all feel easy and smooth. We had an incredible trip thanks to him and his team. Our personal guide, Surey, was truly amazing , a wonderful person who took us to the most local places, always made sure we got the best prices, and paid close attention to every single detail throughout the trek. We felt so well supported and cared for the entire time. We highly recommend him! Mani was also constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well. We had compared prices with other companies before booking, and this one stood out not only for the price but for the service and care. There were two key moments during the trip where Mani went above and beyond for us. The first was at the beginning of our trek our flights were canceled due to bad weather, and since we didn’t have many days, we had to leave that day no matter what. We contacted Mani, and within minutes, he arranged a helicopter for us through another company, and we were able to fly out and start the adventure as planned. We saw so many other travelers in the same situation, and many of those who had booked with other companies were stuck with no help, having to stay extra days in Kathmandu. That’s when we really saw the difference — while others were waiting without answers, we had a solution almost instantly. The second was near the end of our trek, when I had serious knee issues and could no longer walk, just two days before finishing. We contacted Mani, and he acted immediately — he arranged for a doctor to come see me on the mountain, organized everything with our travel insurance (I only spoke with them once I was out of hospital) , and soon after, a helicopter picked us up and flew us back to Kathmandu. From there, an ambulance took us straight to the hospital, where Mani personally came to check on us and made sure we were receiving proper care. He also made sure we didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and even refunded the unused plane tickets from Lukla to Kathmandu. Mani is an incredible, honest, and generous person. We are so grateful to have found this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Nepal. Thank you for everything!
