Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (1400 m)
Kathmandu - Upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, representatives from Magic Himalaya Treks and Expeditions will warmly welcome you. They will be holding a sign with your name at the airport. After completing customs formalities, our staff will transfer you to the Hotel Holy Himalaya or a similar establishment. Once checked in and rested, you will meet your guide who will assist with trekking equipment preparation. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with our team, accompanied by traditional Nepalese music and dance.
Fly to Lukla (2840 m) and Trek to Phakding (2652 m)
Kathmandu - Your trekking guide will meet you at the hotel and escort you to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport for your flight to Lukla. Upon arrival, you will meet the porters and begin your trek to Phakding. Overnight stay in Phakding with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek to Sherpa Capital Namche Bazaar (3444 m)
Namche Bazaar - After breakfast, continue trekking along the Dudhkoshi River, crossing several suspension bridges. Lunch will be in Jorsella village, followed by a trek towards Namche. Cross the Hillary suspension bridges and ascend to the first viewpoint of Everest on this base camp trek. After a brief rest, continue for another hour to reach Namche, a large village with modern amenities and markets. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Namche Bazaar - Acclimatization Day
Namche Bazaar - Today is a rest day, but instead of staying idle, take a walk to aid acclimatization. Options include visiting the Syangbochea viewpoint or the Everest viewpoint. Overnight stay in Namche with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3870 m)
Tyangboche - Enjoy the best walk of the trip so far, with views of Mount Everest and other Himalayan ranges. See mountains like Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Tabauche. Lunch will be at Phortse Tenga, followed by a 1.5-hour trek to Tengboche for an overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek to Dingboche (4360 m)
Dingboche - Today is a shorter trek, taking about 4 hours to reach Dingboche with stunning views of Amadablam Mountain. Arrive in Dingboche for lunch, passing through Pangbochea and Sanasa. Overnight stay in Dingboche with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Dingboche – Acclimatization Day
Dingboche - On this second rest day, hike to Nangkartshang Hill, approximately 5000 m high, offering spectacular views of Imja Tse Valley and mountains like Island Peak, Amadablam, and Thamserku. Overnight stay in Dingboche with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek to Lobuche (4940 m)
Lobuche - Trek towards Lobuche, passing Thukla and Thukla Pass, where you can see monuments dedicated to famous climbers. Lunch will be in Lobuche, followed by a visit to the glacier or Italian pyramid house. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek to Gorakshep (5170 m) - Everest Base Camp Trek (5364 m) – Return to Gorakshep
Everest Base Camp - This is one of the longest days of the trek. After breakfast, head towards Gorakshep. Upon arrival, have a light lunch and proceed to Everest Base Camp. After a two-hour walk, reach the base camp, take photos, celebrate, and return to Gorakshep. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Hike to Kalapather (5550 m) - Return to Gorakshep – Trek Down to Pheriche (4280 m)
Gorakshep - Early morning hike to Kalapather for a sunrise and mountain view after tea. At the top, take photos and enjoy the view before descending to Gorakshep for breakfast. Afterward, pack and trek down to Pheriche, with lunch at Thukla. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek Down to Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar - After breakfast, trek down to Namche Bazaar, passing Pangbochea and Tengboche. Lunch will be at Phortse Tangha, and upon reaching Namche, enjoy the local bars and pubs. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Trek Down to Lukla
Lukla - This is the final day of trekking, with a 7-hour journey from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. Lunch will be in Phakding. Celebrate the last day and show appreciation to the porters. Overnight stay with accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Fly to Kathmandu
Kathmandu - After breakfast, head to the airport for your flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, a driver will transfer you to the hotel for a full day of rest. Accommodation and breakfast provided.
Farewell Friends
Kathmandu - On the final day in Nepal, prepare for your flight home, keeping in mind future adventures in Nepal. Breakfast provided.
