Amazing ebc hike! - Ganga was responsive through email regarding our trip itineraries, and provided links and guides to help us with the planning of the trip.
The guide (Uttam) and assistant guide (Nima) provided were very helpful and attentive, taking care of our group during the hike as well as the rest period. They make sure that we were comfortable throughout the trip.
Thank you once again for the wonderful experience.

Stunning EBC Trek! - I really enjoyed the EBC trek, with Nepal Hiking Team!
Our guide, Dipendra, was superb and was always very encouraging throughout. He brought about an element of fun into our experience, which was fantastic and made it all the more enjoyable.
Overall the trek was very well organised and structured, with a plan and destination point to reach each day, on the way up to EBC. We discussed this in our daily briefing, before heading off to begin for the day.
It was certainly a challenge at times, acclimatising and persevering to reach our goal, but I believe this was made possible because of the help, guidance and gentle encouragement given to our group (of three) by Dipendra, Nepal Hiking Team. Dipendra was fantastic and I’m very grateful to him for tuning into us as a group and helping us to reach Everest Base Camp.
This was a trip of a lifetime and I am very grateful to Nepal Hiking Team, Ganga, and Dipendra!
I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Everest Bse Camp Trek with Heli Return - We had an amazing experience from Lukla, to EBC and the Heli Return. The scale and majesty of the Himalayas as you trek into them, really does defy description.
Our guide Dipendra was brilliant, giving a constant source of advice, support when needed, a running commentary about the Nepalese and Himalayan culture and what to expect next on the trek.He was the ideal ambassador - tight through to the airport return at the end.
The whole thing was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend this adventure option. Nepal Hiking were efficient and easy to deal with and took great care to deliver on the whole package to us as customers.

Everest Base Camp Heli Trek with Nepal HikingTeam: highly recommended - My partner and I just finished our Everest Base Camp (EBC) Heli Trek, and we cannot recommend the Nepal Hiking Team enough. If you want a company that can navigate the unpredictable nature of the Himalayas with grace and expertise, look no further.
Our trip was hit with a series of hurdles—from flights being cancelled due to Nepal’s election day to challenging weather patterns. These events shortened our window, forcing us to cut out our standard acclimatization days. Despite these adversities, the team worked tirelessly to ensure our trek didn't just happen, but was a total success.
Shyam, our guide was the backbone of our success. Because we had to skip acclimatization days, he was hyper-vigilant about our health. His expert advice on managing high altitude and pacing was the only reason we were able to safely reach our goal. He is knowledgeable, calm, and truly cares about his clients.
Our porter was also incredible. Not only did he handle our gear throughout the trek, but even after reaching the final town, he went above and beyond by volunteering to carry our daily daypacks for the final pushes to EBC and Kala Patthar.
A massive thank you to Ganga. He made the impossible possible and kept us informed every step of the way.
If you want a team that is resilient, professional, and deeply caring, book with these guys. We couldn't have done it without them!

The best trip of my life - The best experience of my life. Kind of knowing how difficult this journey might be, I was and still impressed about the level of professionalism and organization this company has. Since the beginning of our first conversation, this company provided us full attention on any of our questions as well as guidance on how to proceed with everything we need to know. Everything they told us in all the emails among updates and extra information was on point. We did not need to worry about any (I mean anything) timing for activities, meals, travel, documentation, etc. They organized all perfect, and always with our acknowledgement first. Being alone or lacking of knowledge in one of the most difficult areas of the world is challenging and this company made it so easy for us. This place is the top of the world, so peaceful, so natural and unique. I can’t thank Shyam (our guide the best of the best) enough for all his amazing organization and dedication, he was like our family as well as our porter that traveled with us all the time. Ganga the owner was also checking on us all the time, arranging all the necessary things we needed. I can’t express enough our gratitude and appreciation on this team. We struggle so much to arrive to Nepal because so many delays in our trip, but we are so happy we made it because it is worth it. I will say it one more time “the best trip of my life”

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE WITH NEPAL HIKING TEAM!!! - My husband and I just returned from Nepal and completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with Nepal Hiking Team… what an unforgettable experience!! From the beginning planning stage, Ganga was exceptionally helpful with all questions and logistics… We arrived at the airport to the smiling face of our guide, Dhurba!! Transportation to our hotel was taken care of and we had a briefing with Ganga the night before our journey!
Trekking began with our flight to Lukla… our amazing guide, Dhurba, was obviously skilled at navigating the airport and flight process (also making sure we got seats on the left side to sneak a peak of Everest on the way!) Then the trekking began… I’m not being dramatic when I say that Dhurba is the reason I was able to get up and survive each day, which was not easy! His dedication to keeping good energy, checking in on how I was feeling, providing guidance on foods to eat and avoid, and having remedies for every ailment was unmatched!! He made me a grilled orange on the top of the wood burning stove to drink for the demonic cough I developed! He was so patient and kind on the days I was struggling and moving at a glacial pace… assuring me that I could do it! At every tea house he managed our meals, getting water for the day’s trek, ensuring we had boiling water in our Nalgene for our sleeping bags at night! And on top of all that… Dhurba’s playfulness and sense of humor made the whole grueling experience fun and joyful - even when I wanted to lay down and die on the trail! He knew when to push, when to be patient, and when to have fun… Making it to Base Camp was a moment I’ll never forget and Dhurba’s leadership was a massive part of the accomplishment! Also, our porter, Parbin, was so sweet and kind… he got our bags to our next destination early and always came back to help by taking my backpack when I was dying at the end of the day! After we reached Base Camp we decided to helicopter back from Gorakshep… Dhurba and Ganga worked out the logistics and made it happen.. I was so grateful! Parbin stayed with us and made sure we got on the helicopter and we parted there - I have to admit I was emotional as he had been a steady part of the journey! We met Dhurba at Lobuche, picked him up in the helicopter and made our way back to Lukla… again all adjustments were made, tea house secured, meals organized… all of it by Dhurba and Ganga. There was not a single part of the journey that I would change and Nepal Hiking Team did a fantastic job cultivating a once-in-lifetime experience for us! Finally, when we returned to Kathmandu our flight to the US was cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East… Ganga arranged fur us to stay at the Woodapple Hotel for the additional days and we couldn’t be happier to get to explore Kathmandu a few more days! To end it all, Dhurba escorted us back to the airport as we said goodbye to Nepal! An emotional parting and gratefulness to have had such an amazing experience and made a lifelong friend in Dhurba! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

EBC trek in February - I had absolutely beautiful off-season trek with Nepal Hiking Team in February!! Weather was amazing and I felt super supported, safe and cared about surina the whole trek, starting for a pick up from Kathmandu Airport. My guide Suraj is really the best guide with good sense of humour and always looking after me, and porter Pemba big hearted and the kindest person. I was travelling solo and due the off season I was the only one in the group, but really felt we did the trek as a group of tree. Smaller group can make the memories even more unforgettable! All arrangements were really smooth and answers to all my questions were fast and clear. Would recommend this trek to anyone, and I would do it again ofcourse with Nepal Hiking Team!
