Arrive in Kathmandu

Thamel - Upon your arrival, a representative from Adventure White Mountain will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. If you’re not too tired from your journey, you can explore Thamel and enjoy some light refreshments. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Lukla - Early in the morning, we head to Tribhuvan Domestic Airport to catch our flight to Lukla. The 30-minute flight is short but thrilling, offering views of mountains, hills, greenery, and lakes. Once we land in Lukla, our trek to Phakding begins. Our guide will brief you about the trip, and we will have a porter with us. Immersed in nature, we reach Phakding, where we will spend the night.

Trek to Namche Bazar

Namche Bazaar - Today, we trek towards Namche Bazaar via the Dudh Koshi route. Our immediate destination is Monjo, which we reach by passing through rhododendron and pine forests. Monjo serves as the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. After some more trekking, we arrive at Namche Bazaar and spend some time with the locals. Overnight stay in Namche.

Rest Day in Namche Bazar

Namche Bazaar - Today is a rest day for acclimatization. However, we won’t stay idle. We’ll explore Namche and learn about its culture by visiting various places. This day is crucial for adjusting to the altitude to prevent sickness during the trek. We will also visit Sagarmatha National Park.

Trek to Tengboche

Tengboche Gompa - Today is a physically challenging day. We ascend and move above the Dudh Koshi River, eventually reaching the path to Tengboche. The route is surrounded by other Himalayas, and we may encounter wildlife like the Danfe, Nepal’s national bird. The trail then descends to Phunkitenga from Trashing, where we will have lunch. Afterward, we ascend again through green forests to reach Tengboche, a beautiful area surrounded by hills and forests. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Trek to Dingboche

Dingboche - We continue our trek towards Dingboche, passing through stunning rhododendron forests, white mountains, and a refreshing environment. This might be one of the most enjoyable walks of your life. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Rest Day in Dingboche

Dingboche - Another acclimatization day in Dingboche. Today, you’ll explore the village and climb up to Nagarkshang Hill before returning to the hotel for the night.

Trek to Lobuche

Lobuche - Our next destination is Lobuche. We continue towards Khumbu Glacier, with views of Tawache and Cholatse along the way. Due to its geographical location, Lobuche is very cold. Overnight stay in Lobuche.

Trek to Gorekshep-Everest Base Camp

Everest Base Camp - The day has finally come to realize your dream. We proceed to Everest Base Camp (EBC), the staging area for mountaineers preparing to climb the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest, which stands at 8,848 meters. The experience is indescribable. In the afternoon, we head to Gorakshep and spend the night there.

Trek to Namche Bazar

Namche Bazaar - On our return journey, we pass through Tengboche again. The mountain views are exhilarating. We will explore Tengboche for a few hours before heading back to Namche Bazaar, our destination for the day. Overnight stay in Namche.

Trek to Lukla

Lukla - Today involves covering a longer distance, but the landscapes will make you forget your fatigue. You can visit Lukla Bazaar and perhaps buy some souvenirs for your family and friends. Overnight stay in Lukla.

Lukla to Kathmandu

Kathmandu - Today, we fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. The flight takes about 30 minutes, allowing you to reflect on your incredible journey. You can spend some time exploring Kathmandu before the Adventure White Mountain staff hosts a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of your trip.
