Fantastic! - Fantastic! Start to finish was very well organised. Guide (Pooja) ensured we made it to Everest Base Camp by keeping a steady pace and ensuring we kept hydrated. Excellent balance of hike time and rest time. Would definitely recommend this trip with this company 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A life changing experience that was impeccable from start to finish - We had the most incredible journey to Everest Base Camp, we left in late February when a lot of the towns along the way were dormant, the weather was fantastic with crystal clear days. It was very cold at night. On the way back down in early March, the trail had sprung to life as it was the start of the season, it was fabulous to have the opportunity to see the trail both quiet and vibrant. We had a good 15 minutes alone at Everest Base Camp, to take photos and soak in the achievement, before the next group arrived. I have to mention Prakesh, our guide. He was knowledgeable and took great care of us (we're not really trekkers) with awesome advice and encouragement along the way. Most importantly he was kind and felt more like a friend by the end of the trek. Also a shout out to Ajay, our Porter, who worked so incredibly hard, always with a smile and also helped look after for us in the tea houses in between the journeys. This was simply an adventure like no other, I learned a lot about myself and can only describe it as life changing. The service from Icicles was impeccable from start to finish.

EBC trek Feb 2026 - Icicles did an amazing job of providing the EBC trek in Feb 2026. The team on the ground did a great job providing every detail, from Airport transfer to lodging in Kathmandu to pre and post trip briefings. During the trek itself, my guide Raj and my porter JB were very attentive to every need that I had. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable throughout the trek, and tended closely to my health. I am very thankful that I booked with Icicles, and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Amazing EBC experience - I did the Everest Base Camp trek in December and it was amazing. Icicles provided comprehensive information beforehand. I was met by my guide Raj at the airport who was experienced and made the trek a safe and fulfilling experience. For Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours nothing was too much trouble with organising additional activities around Kathmandu. Our porters, Brabin and Gopal were also amazing, we all felt very looked after. Thank you!

EBC Trek - We did EBC with Icicles, booked via The Adventure People. An outstanding tour with fantastic staff & management. Indira & Parashu, thank you so much for everything you did in Kathmandu & organising. Our guide Sarala was phenomenal from start to finish, so informative & looked after us all the way in tandem with our powerhouse of a porter the mighty Chandra. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you are considering the EBC trek, do yourselves a favour and ask for these two! Thanks again for everything, Pete & Ines.

Unforgettable Everest Base Camp Trek with Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours - My Everest Base Camp trek with Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the very first day, Indira showed outstanding professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail regarding the Trek ahead. I met my guide Sudip and my porter Bel, at Lukla airport to begin my journey, they had organised everything—from permits and accommodation to daily meals and acclimatization plans. It was all handled flawlessly, allowing me to focus entirely on the journey and the breathtaking Himalayan scenery.
My guide Sudip was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, always prioritizing safety while sharing insights about the mountains, local culture, and people. My porter Bel was equally amazing—hardworking, cheerful, always had a smile on his face.
The trek itself was perfectly paced, with excellent acclimatization stops that made reaching Everest Base Camp feel challenging yet achievable. Standing at EBC, surrounded by towering peaks and glaciers, was an emotional and unforgettable moment—and Icicles Adventure Treks and Tours made sure I enjoyed every step of the way.

Celebrated my birthday at Everest Base Camp – beyond anything I expected - I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal, and it was truly one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Our guide, Raj, was exceptional from start to finish. Calm, knowledgeable, deeply experienced, and quietly reassuring, he led the trek with such care and integrity. At altitude, that kind of presence matters enormously, and Raj had an incredible way of making everyone feel safe, capable, and supported every single day.
We were also supported by Prabin and Gorba, whose kindness and steadiness made a profound difference to the journey. They never judged, never rushed, and never made anyone feel like a burden. On the harder days, there was only patience, encouragement, and genuine care. By the end of the trek, it truly felt like walking with family.
What made this experience even more special was that the team went completely above and beyond for my birthday, which happened during the trek and was a significant one for me. Without any obligation or expectation, Raj, Prabin, and Gorba surprised me at Base Camp with a cake and music, turning what could have been just another day on the trail into a moment I will never forget. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity meant more than I can put into words.
The trek itself was handled beautifully, with careful pacing, proper acclimatisation, and real respect for individual needs and for the mountains. Raj also shared wonderful insights into Nepali culture, daily life, and the landscape, which made the journey feel deeply connected and enriching beyond the physical challenge.
This trek challenged me, changed me, and stayed with me long after it ended. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to experience Everest Base Camp with. If you are considering trekking in Nepal, I cannot recommend Raj, Prabin, and Gorba highly enough. You will be in the safest, kindest, and most genuine hands.

Everest Base Camp Trek in December 2025 - Wow, what an epic experience, I highly recommend the trek to Everest base camp.
It will be one you won’t forget.
Our tour guide Raj, was the best of the best.
For the entire trek, health vitals , recommended do this , try that , don’t eat that , it was like having a one on one guide watching you the entire way. He had the biggest medical aid bag on the trail and one of the only oxygen tanks I had seen being carried by any tour company.
You could tell Rajendra was well experienced, everywhere we went he was well known, even sometimes negotiating a little discount for us.
It won’t be the last time I’m in Nepal, I’ll definitely be back on the trails, and most likely with Rajendra again. 10/10

Everest Base Camp Review - I booked a trip with Icicles Adventure to go to Everest Base Camp. They were so organized and thoughtful throughout this trip and really cared for their customers. As a young women going I always felt safe and in great hands. Ram and Himsange were our guides and did an incredible job. The porters are extraordinary and I’m not sure how they carry all our stuff but they do it with a smile. I highly recommend using Icicles Adventure and will be using them in the future.

Trip to Bace Camp of Everest - I had a great experience with Icicles Adventure Treks & Tours from the start to the finish. Communication was smooth from the start, and everything was well organized throughout the trip. The team showed real care with small thoughtful gestures and handled changing mountain weather calmly and professionally.
Our guide Lal Kumar Tamang, was excellent-patient,supportive and very knowledgeable. He kept the group together, explained things clearly, and made the long trek from Lukla to Everest Base Camp feel safe and enjoyable.
Thank you to the Icicles Adventure team for a truly memorable trek.
I would happily travel with them again.
