Kalmochan Temle:
Kalmochan temple dedicated to Lord Bishnu was in the past part of Thapathali Durbar complex. Built around the mid-19th century, this temple has a Moghul Kathmandu-Gothic architecture style. It was built by Jung Bahadur Rana to attain inner peace (mochan) as he was involved in many murders. It is being believed that he had burried the dead bodies of people who died in Kot (Arsenal) Parva (massacre) under this temple.
