KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
Patan (Lalitpur) - The Kathmandu Valley is an ancient city rich in diverse cultures and traditions, playing a significant role in Nepal’s history. Home to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, it has been a focal point for cultural and historical studies and excursions throughout history. The day will be spent exploring some of these UNESCO sites in Kathmandu.
KATHMANDU TO JAGAT (1300M)
Jagat - Departing from Kathmandu, the journey to Jagat, located at an altitude of 1290m, begins. The drive takes approximately 7-8 hours, offering views of beautiful rivers, winding roads, local shops, vibrant local life, bustling bazaars, and small hydropower dams. Arriving in Jagat brings you one step closer to the mountains.
JAGAT TO DHARAPANI (1800M)
Dharapani - This marks the start of the trek, passing through charming villages like Chamje, Tal, and Karte to reach Dharapani. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Dharapani.
DHARAPANI TO CHAME (2600M)
Chame - The journey continues from Dharapani to Chame, with a gentle ascent leading to this picturesque village. Chame’s residents, who settled here long ago following the Nepal-Tibet trade route, have preserved Tibetan customs and architecture. The village offers stunning views of Mt. Annapurna II and features soothing hot springs.

NGAWAL TO MANANG (3500M)
Manang - A short, easy walk from Ngawal leads to Manang, passing through dense forests and artistic monasteries. Known as the capital of the Annapurna Circuit Trek, Manang is enhanced by the beauty of Gangapurna Lake. Numerous nearby monasteries offer exploration opportunities, and a local cinema hall provides a unique evening experience. Overnight stay at a teahouse.
MANANG TO YAK KHARKA
Yak Kharka - From Manang, the trek resumes towards Yak Kharka, ascending nearly 500 meters. The climb is steady through Tenki Manang, leaving the Marsyangdi Valley and continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley to reach Yak Kharka at 4,000 meters. The area features herds of yaks and sparse vegetation. Arriving by lunchtime allows for an additional hike to the Chulu West Base Camp.
YAK KHARKA TO THORANG PHEDI (4500M)
Phedi Khola - The trek to Thorang Phedi is uphill, crossing a suspension bridge to reach Ledar village. The ascent continues past towering cliffs to Thorang Phedi, the last village before the Thorong La pass. This journey offers breathtaking views of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak, and Mt. Khatungkan. In Nepali, ‘Phedi’ means the foot of a mountain.
THORANG PHEDI TO MUKTINATH (3710M)
Muktinath Temple - This is the most challenging day, crossing the world’s highest pass, Thorang La Pass (5416m). An early morning departure ensures a smooth crossing before potential weather challenges at noon. The infamous Thorang La Pass demands determination. By evening, arrival at Muktinath (3710m), a revered Holy Hindu Shrine, is achieved.
MUKTINATH TO TATOPANI (1160M)
Tatopani Hot Spring - A break from trekking involves a bumpy jeep ride to Tatopani. ‘Tatopani’ means hot water in Nepali. The journey passes through notable villages like Jomsom, Marpha, and Ghasa. Upon reaching Tatopani, relaxation at the natural hot springs is a rewarding experience after the strenuous trek.
TATOPANI TO GHOREPANI (2760M)
Ghorepani - The trek to Ghorepani is an uphill challenge, taking 6-7 hours. It is a long walk, culminating in an overnight stay at Ghorepani.
GHOREPANI TO TADAPANI (2630M)
Tadapani - This day’s trek is highly rewarding, traversing through beautiful rhododendron forests. An early morning departure to Poon Hill offers a stunning sunrise view, followed by a journey to the village of Tadapani.
TADAPANI TO POKHARA (850M)
Ghandruk - After breakfast with a breathtaking view, the trek continues from Tadapani to the charming Gurung village of Ghandruk, a 3-4 hour walk. The journey then proceeds by vehicle to Pokhara. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara.
POKHARA TO KATHMANDU
Pashupatinath Temple - A 6-7 hour drive returns you to the heart of the country, where preparations for departure are made. This day is yours to explore the city’s shops and spas or participate in the evening worship at Pashupatinath Temple, a spiritually enriching experience. If time permits, a small farewell gathering will be arranged.

Ring Road - Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport. Check-in is 3 hours before departure, and hotel checkout is typically at 12 P.M. A representative will meet you at the hotel and ensure your transfer to the airport.
