- Darbar Baba Bulleh Shah, Kasur - Sayyid Abdullah Shah Qadri, widely known as Baba Bulleh Shah or Bulleya, was a revolutionary philosopher, reformer, and Sufi poet of the 17th and 18th centuries. He is universally celebrated as the “Father of Punjabi Enlightenment” for his critiques of powerful religious, political, and social institutions.
- Baba Kamal Chishti Auto Kasur - The shrine of Hazrat Baba Shah Kamal Chishti is situated on Ferozepur Road, approximately 4 km from Kasur Railway Station. The shrine is located atop an embankment. According to legend, a great flood destroyed the town, sparing only the shrine of Hazrat Kamal Chishti. He is a renowned saint in the subcontinent, recognized for his significant role in spreading Islam.
- Kasur-Ganda Singh Border Crossing - This Pakistani village, named after a Sikh individual, is opposite the Indian village of Hussainiwala, named after a Muslim. Although the border crossing is now closed, it was the main road crossing between India and Pakistan during the 1960s and 1970s, later replaced by the Wagah crossing further north.
Since 1970, a daily Retreat Ceremony has been held at this border crossing, similar to the Wagah border ceremony. Here, attendees are seated closer together compared to Wagah, where crowds are kept apart. Unlike the nationalistic display at Wagah, which attracts tourists from across India and Pakistan, the Hussainiwala ceremony is more intimate, attended mostly by local Punjabis from both sides of the border. Consequently, the atmosphere is more relaxed, with Indian and Pakistani attendees often exchanging smiles and waves.

Ganda Singh Border is approximately 60 km from Lahore and 20 km from Kasur City. One of its unique features is that tourists can sit closer compared to the Wahga border, allowing them to see both sides up close and even interact with Indian tourists by waving and talking. Another unique aspect is that tourists can explore Kasur City on their way to the border, enjoying the travel, food, diverse culture, and weather. It’s a healthy activity.
Since 1970, a daily Beating Retreat Border Ceremony has been held at 6 pm at this border crossing, conducted jointly by the military of both nations. This ceremony is similar to the Attari-Wagah border ceremony. Attendees are seated closer together; compared to Wagah, the Hussaini Wala ceremony is more intimate and is mainly attended by local Punjabis from both sides of the border. Consequently, the atmosphere is less tense, and Indian and Pakistani attendees often smile and wave at each other.
