Fairy tale town - It was a excellent day trip. Karlovy vary is amazing, the pastel buildings are incredibly ornate It is a town which has had extreme wealth flow through it for hundreds of years and this can be seen everywhere. It is truly a fairy tale.

Would recommend - Karolina was a great guide and made the experience wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tony, our driver was fun as well.

Karlovy Vary - a must visit in Czech Republic - I was unsure about whether to visit Karlovy Vary as the reviews were mixed and I’m so very happy I did! What a delightful time exploring Karlovy Vary with Karolina from Premiant City Tours. Karolina brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and energy to the tour. The tour includes a funicular ticket to see Karlovy Vary from above, simply stunning, plus approx a 2.5h hour tour with Karolina another 2.5hours to explore as you like. Definitely ample time to explore this gorgeous town and to sit at a cafe as well. Highly recommend Karlovy Vary and Karolina!

Excursion with highly recommended guide - Visit highly recommended because it is an amazing city, and if Karolina is your guide, you will appreciate how knowledgeable she is of the history of her country and if you like opera you will have very good recommendations on her part. It has made us a very pleasant excursion, to be able to start conversations between strangers and gave us a wasap just in case there was a problem, which there was not. Thanks Karolina, you are highly professional and recommendable, and thanks to Toni, the driver who contributed to this good trip.

A nice trip to a spa town - Karolína was great very knowledgeable. It was a nice tour a full day. I was thrilled to see the grand hotel pupp. I am such a fan of last holiday. It was a good excursion from Prague.

Excellent day out - we would like to say a big thank you to Karolina our tour guide to Karlovy Vary. she was amazing, from the minute we started our trip she was feeding us with history throughout Prague and beyond. A very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable woman. Lots of recommendations for our free time during the tour. Also so many more for our evening and the next day, restaurants, galleries, museums, concerts, churches, exhibitions, shopping!! a big thank you goes out to our driver George who made the return journey so easy by dropping us at the metro station , 11 minutes ride to our hotel !!😊

Lovely Day Trip - We enjoyed the trip, the bus was comfortable and our guide was very informative. The town is very pretty and the funicular ride up to Diana Tower was fun. There is an elevator in the tower to the top so saves having to walk up 150 steps and the views are spectacular. The negatives for me would be as follows- 1. A clearer instruction on exactly where to meet and that you have to report to a small kiosk would have saved us standing at the bus being ignored by the drivers and guides who were there, when we asked what looked like a tour guide and she very gruffly told us to go to the kiosk. 2. The description of the trip is not what we got. It stated 4 hours in Karlovy Vary and 2 hours at Diana Tower. Once the guide took us round the springs and up to the funicular we only had about 3 hours free time. It was fine for us as we didn’t have anything to eat or did much shopping but for others I think they were unhappy with that. 3. Contact information should be checked as a couple of ladies on our trip didn’t appear back at the allotted time and the guide couldn’t get in touch with them. He eventually found out they’d had to go to the Hospital. They could have advised the guide quicker if an emergency number had been provided or if the guide had had their numbers to check where they were. We left half an hour late due to the guide trying to find them.
