Negombo Tuk Tuk Tour - Robin, my tuk tuk driver and guide was wonderful. He conveyed his knowledge and insights of the life and culture of Negombo’s religious and working life of the people. Highly recommend this tour.

Perfect full day tour to Sigiriya and Dambulla! - We really enjoyed the Sigiriya and Dambulla full day tour with our kind and professional guide Aswer. Perfect service, good driving and he shared a lot of knowledge about the area and the stops we did. Highly recommended!

Steep stair climb - At the base are guides wanting payment to assist you with the climb. Going rate was US$25pp without negotiation. If you are fit and capable to do lots of stairs you do not need a guide as the path is easy to follow.
As an older couple we stopped several times to catch our breath. There are a lot of stairs. Great experience and recommended

Amazing day! - An amazing experience! Honestly had the best day ever and our whole day was planned for us. Nishantha made our trip extra special and was a highlight for us. He is the best jungle man ever, super friendly and made us laugh all day long. My friend was really poorly towards the end of the trip and he went above and beyond to look after her which was so so lovely. Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend!

Good private tour to Sigiriya - We took one day tour from Colombo. Driver was very flexible to our request and helped a lot to arrange the guide at Sigiriya rock as well.
The manager also contacted me before the tour day and provided all details. Trusted and good service.

Different experience with kingfisher tour Sri Lanka - We are totally satisfied with the service done by these friendly gust relation manager Aashik and kind drivers kumara always provided a better travelling experience more then other companies, also vehicles are in very premium condition we travelled 7 peoples its a very comfortable to travel. I recommend this company kingfisher tours Sri Lanka everyone without a doubt!

Review - There was no professional guide attached to us and only a driver that was constantly on the phone and at times he even attempted to retrieve his phone that dropped onto the carpet! The places listed was not doable at all despite paying for it. Totally will not recommend

Terrible experience - Terrible scary experience
Whats happening to Viator with these terrible tour companies, aren't they doing audits on the way the conduct business. Never go on this tour please. On the way to Sigirya the tour operator send me a message saying that it wasn't possible to go up the rock fortress because of a wasp attack. We went to another rock in front of Sigirya where we could see people going up Sigirya. Obviously they did this because they saved the entrance fees to Sigirya which was US45 each. I paid US 540 which should cover everything. After they offer me a side safari tour for US180 which I accepted on the condition that we have time for the dambulla caves. I asked if they had many animals and the tour guide assured me that yes. So we went on the safari and after 45 minutes we see 2 elephants and one more five minutes after.
It was boring to be there so we asked the safari driver to exit and take us to the tour car to go to dambulla caves cause it was late. I told the tour guide why he said a lot of animals and we only saw three elephants and he proceeded to say it was cause it was late in the afternoon and animals are resting. We got to dambulla at 7 pm and it was closed so we also missed it. The car we went was a little mini minivan really uncomfortable for a 15 hour day. The driver was texting and talking on the phone dangerously. How could they do these to visitors. I am going to ask for my money back for these rip-off. We lost a lot of time because on the way over they took us to a herb garden where they get commission and the guide told us we would get free massage but at the end they charged us 10.000 rupees for them. The driver guide kept harassing me after the tour through WhatsApp asking for money sending pictures of my family and threatening messages which he later deleted. The lunch supposedly was included in a restaurant but they took us to a crappy village place. Terrible
