- Shobak Castle - This hilltop location features the stone remnants of a crusader castle from the 1100s, renowned for its concealed tunnels.
- Petra - Known as the Rose-Red City, Petra was the remarkable capital of the Nabataean kingdom. Its ruins remained largely unknown to the world until 1812, when Swiss explorer JL Burckhardt, disguised as an Arab scholar, ventured into the city. Petra is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Visitors can meet their private guide at the site and either hike or ride a horse to the entrance of the Siq, a long, winding sandstone canyon leading to the Treasury.
