Wonderful Transfer and Tour - Takeshi was wonderful! He was a great tour guide and got us from Kanazawa to Takayama safely, comfortably and will all of our luggage. High recommend!

Perfection - Perfect service. Our drive guide was extremely ponctual, diligent, warm and knowledgeable. She accompanied us at all times, providing details about everything. Impeccable car and and excellent driving in winter conditions, after heavy snowfall. We could not have had a better experience, strongly recommend.

Outstanding Service and Hospitality - We were a family of 3 adults and a baby needing to get from Kanazawa to Takayama and this car transfer option was fantastic as it was shorter then the train journey and included Shirakawago. Yuka picked us up on time. The car was clean and spacious, with a baby car seat as requested. Yuka was a careful driver and knowledgable guide. She was kind and very attentive to our needs with the baby and was flexible. Her lunch recommendation of a soba restaurant at Shirakawago was excellent. Thank you Yuka!

Private transfer from Kanazawa to Takayama - Great experience with our private transfer from Kanazawa to Takayama, including Shirakawa-go and an additional stop to see another gassho-style house. Appreciated the ease of pickup with all of our baggage from our hotel in the morning, and not having to worry about transit to our next stop. The additional stop to another gassho-style house was the highlight of our transfer, as it was outside of the typical tourist route and so was very private.

Private Transfer with stop at Shirakawago - Kumiko "Ku" was a fantastic guide. She started the trip by giving me a packet with lots of information and some brochures regarding Shirakawa and Takayama. She made sure to ask my preferences as we were doing things. She was very joyful and energetic. Provided lots of explanations about what we were seeing. Again, she was fantastic. Highly recommend this experience. Also, the door to door from my hotel in Kanazawa to my hotel in Takayama was really nice way to travel.

Great experience! - Tetsuro-san speaks very good English and was genuinely a pleasure to speak to. As a native Japanese, he has great insights to share!

Expellent experience. - Opted for this tour as it was so easy with our bags to go in a car with driver. Our driver was punctual, polite, considerate for WC breaks, informative, good manner, good driving & a professional. He help make an amazing day for us. Terrific trip! Excellent guides—one of which became a special friend - Our Japan tour was terrific! Everything, from our accommodations and food (we loved the food!) to what we experienced, exceeded expectations. We had three different guides. They were all excellent. But Nozomi was, by far, our favorite. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. Her knowledge of everything Japanese was astounding. Whatever we wanted to do, she made it happen, willingly compromising the pre-booked agenda. But what her special was her smile, her energy and her warmth. I simply can’t say enough good things about her. She became a special friend. Nozomi is the “best of the best”as a tour guide, and more importantly, as a human being. She is wonderful!
