Stops will be made for art and crafts viewing and photos at the Equator before continuing through villages with cultivated landscapes until reaching the lush green tea estates. As the journey approaches the escarpment, guests will be treated to breathtaking views of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Depending on the schedule, lunch will be served either en route or at Tembo Safari Lodge. After checking into Tembo Safari Lodge, a budget-friendly lodge outside Queen Elizabeth National Park, if time allows, guests can explore the nearby village and crater lake. In the evening, relaxation and enjoyment of the stunning lodge views are encouraged.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel

Queen Elizabeth National Park - Start the day with an early breakfast before embarking on a 7:00 am game drive within the park. During this drive, expect to see the renowned Big Five, including elephants, lions, and other mammals such as giant forest hogs, bushbucks, kobs, hyenas, and waterbucks.
In the afternoon, around 3:00 pm, prepare for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This cruise offers the chance to observe large numbers of elephants, hippos, buffalo, and crocodiles. Additionally, various bird species, including the rare shoebill, may be spotted.
