Depart from your accommodation in Kampala at 6 am and head towards Lake Mburo, with water provided during the journey. Upon arrival, enter the park and embark on a three-hour guided drive with the Uganda Wildlife Authority Guide, enjoying the sight of animals such as buffaloes, zebras, leopards, various antelopes, and warthogs. This is one of the rare locations in Uganda to observe zebras.

Enjoy lunch (at your own expense) by the lake—there are five lakes within the park—and then take a boat ride along the shore. Witness crocodiles, numerous hippos, and a diverse array of birds.

Afterwards, say goodbye to the park’s welcoming staff as you begin your return journey to Kampala. Travel through stunning hilly landscapes and lush farmland on a journey that takes approximately four hours.

On the way, stop at the Equator for photos and the ‘polar-water experiment’, visit Mpabire Village known for its local drum-making, explore gardens, craft shops, and fruit markets. Complete your tour by returning to your hotel around 5 pm.
